囊获逾1亿工程合约 Instacom在雪建屋

（吉隆坡8日讯）Instacom集团有限公司（INSTACO，0069，创业板）获CRCC大马有限公司颁布一项价值1亿1640万令吉的合约，在雪兰莪州鹅唛打造一项围篱社区房屋计划。

Instacom集团向大马交易所报备称，子公司Vivocom企业私人有限公司接获一项得标书，在雪州鹅唛乌鲁巴生镇的“我的雪兰莪房屋计划”（Rumah Selangorku）下进行一项围篱社区房屋计划，并负责该计划的兴建工程，工程涵盖半独立单位、别墅豪宅、组屋和住宅单位。

继Instacom集团上个月获CRCC大马颁布总值2亿3100万令吉的合约后，此合约为另一项合约。

“Instacom集团目前从CRCC大马的手中一共标得近6亿令吉的工程（将此合约纳入其中）。”

CRCC大马隶属中国铁路建设集团有限公司（China Railway Construction Corp Ltd），后者在《财富》杂志全球500强企业中名列80。

Instacom集团总执行长拿督斯里杨雄木表示：“获颁这项合约后，我们可持续获利直至2017年杪。”

“除此之外，我们也投标更多工程，这些工程合约的协商已来到最终阶段。因此，我们将在2016、2017年或之后标得更多工程合约。”

他补充，Instacom集团目前进行的工程项目预计为20亿令吉。

此外，这项鹅唛的工程项目将于2016年1月18日动工，预计在18个月完工。

“上述工程项目料将为Instacom集团的盈利和净资产带来进账。“

此外，Instacom集团目前正进行私下配售活动，以每股28仙私配最多10%的已发行与缴足股本予第三方投资者，以筹资高达9056万令吉。【光华日报财经】

This Project is in addition to the contracts in hand of Neata Aluminium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Vivocom (“Neata Group”) amounting to RM351.753 million and RM230.287 as disclosed in our circular dated 28 September 2015 and announcement dated 12 November 2015 respectively. This Project shall commence on 18 January 2016 and shall be completed within eighteen (18) months from the date of commencement. This Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Instacom for the duration of the Project. The risks associated with the Project are mainly operational risks and risk of delay in completion of the Project. Notwithstanding this, the management of Instacom will strive to ensure full compliance to the operational procedures in the execution of the requirements of the Project. 每个人对成功都有不一样的注解，但要说龚世情是一名成功的女性，一点也不为过。

她不仅是Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）总执行长，而且还是三名小孩的母亲，更在2013年荣获“砂拉越州企业家奖”的殊荣，进一步奠定了龚世情的能力。

经过多番转折，《南洋商报》有幸通过电邮与龚世情进行访问，就让这篇报道，让大家更深入了解这名成功女性背后的故事，以及她想传达给职业女性的信息。

作为Instacom集团的掌舵人，龚世情主要掌管公司整体的业务动向，同时也监视公司的财务控制和战略审查。

该公司在电信领域享负盛名，是国内电信基建设施工程及服务的领导供应商之一。

由于Instacom集团的总部位于砂拉越古晋，但大部分的项目及客户都在吉隆坡，因此她每周都需要来往东西马，飞往吉隆坡处理事务。

享受认识新朋友

虽然工作行程繁忙，但龚世情并没有大感压力，因她享受认识新的人、与人见面接触的过程。

龚世情是在2012年被委任入局，成为执行董事兼总执行长。

同一年10月，龚世情成功把Instacom集团挂牌上市，让该公司亮相在大家眼前。一步一步将Instacom集团转型成为国内电信基建领域的领导者，龚世情可谓功不可没。其实早在2004年，龚世情就以董事身分加入Instacom集团。

当时她的任务是组织财务需求，并设立流程和控制方案，优化现金流，同时尽可能取得更多的资金。

在短短的12个月，龚世情就成功帮助公司取得4500万令吉的贷款，为Instacom集团奠下强稳的经济基础，为取得更大型的合约铺路。

在她加入公司的18个月内，配合拓展计划，Instacom集团的员工人数从80名，激增至接近500名。

说服公司设2亿回债

这时，龚世情说服公司设立高达2亿令吉的回债计划，以应对不断增长的合约规模。

让当初的小公司茁壮成长，到今时今日的地位，是龚世情最引以为傲，也最珍惜的成就。

她的功劳与努力，除了反映在业务蒸蒸日上的公司，也让她得到砂拉越政府的认可，荣获2013年“砂拉越州企业家奖”。

不仅如此，龚世情也是2014年安永企业家奖“女企业家奖”入围者之一。

懂得授权善用人才

在员工管理方面，龚世情也自有一套方法，其中，“懂得授权”、“善用人才”绝对是关键。

“我的管理理念，是懂得授权给其他人，让他们作出最好的贡献。”

她说，自己一个人并没有办法做完所有的事情，因此，懂得善用人才和利用团队中的“骏马”，才是最重要的。

职业生涯虽然忙碌，但她并不会视为是一种牺牲，特别是智能手机方兴未艾的这个年代，要在工作和生活之中取得平衡已不再是件难事。

当被询及如何不断为工作注入新点子时，喜爱与人沟通的龚世情说，只要愿意与人接触和谈话，其实从中可以得到很多想法。

另外，出席座谈会、时时掌握国际新闻的最新动态，也是吸收资讯的方法之一。

而且，无所不在的WiFi，以及人手一架智能手机，令时下的新资讯更唾手可得。

“女当家”不输须眉

迈入新世代，大多女性都已不再故步自封，再加上随着岁月流逝，阻碍女性迈向成功之路的障碍也逐渐消失。

环顾现在的商界，“女当家”越来越多，且表现也不比男性逊色。

龚世情说，其实，女性一般面临的挑战是来自“文化规范”，因从前的文化就是“男主外，女主内”，女性的角色一直都被认定为要在家相夫教子。

兼顾家庭事业才算成功

因此，若女性出外工作，往往会被认为无法兼顾家庭，造成女性却步职场，特别是在有了小孩之后。但龚世情认为，要成功的女性，自然会找到兼顾家庭和事业的方法，这也是需要教育现代女性观点之一。

在一个以男性为主的工作环境下，她说，一旦自己的能力被认可后，就不会遇到任何难题。

“而且，有我在的地方，男同事一般都会比较小心言语。他们也很珍惜及欣赏我的知识和能力。”

针对成功女性被誉为“铁娘子”，她说，自己个人并不会被任何“标签”

所影响，因为她相信，并没有一个标签适合应用在所有人的身上。

骄傲养大3小孩

龚世情在职场上无疑是成功的，但她人生的重心，始终在家人的身上，甚至更以成功养大三名小孩自豪。

她的女儿两年前从牛津大学毕业，随后决定参与“大马教育行动（Teach For Malaysia，简称TFM）”回馈社会。

“我尽力拨出时间，并对孩子谆谆教诲，告诉他们为什么需要独立，努力让自己有兴趣的事情得到认可。”

对她而言，成功是设下一个目标，在达标的途中会出现许多贡献成功的事情，所以才会造就现在的她。

“闺蜜”友谊长跑50年

除了令人称羡的职业、家庭，龚世情还十分庆幸自己有一群要好的“闺蜜”，友谊长跑接近50年。

“我很庆幸还能与身边的女性好友常常聚在一起，一起分享生活的喜乐。”

她也常常提醒女儿维持友谊的重要，因为可为人生提供一定的支持。

首都会友享天伦 回古晋放松身心

由于孩子都在吉隆坡落脚，所以常常来往古晋与吉隆坡的龚世情，会把周末安排在吉隆坡度过。

“我把有关孩子的重要节日放在第一位，并依此安排行程。”

在吉隆坡的日子，她也会尽力与朋友碰上一面。至于回到古晋，则是她放松的地方。

“古晋是我的家，是我放松身心的地方，我会流连在花园，每周享受一次按摩。”

对她而言，古晋是个完美的放松地点，因为当地步伐较缓慢，交通阻塞的情况不多，更方便与家人朋友相处。

闲暇时，她喜欢亲自烘焙面包，作为解压的活动之一。

龚世情还开起玩笑说，会在捏面团时，心里念着所有敌人。

与丈夫散步“谈情”

龚世情的丈夫是一名眼科医师，最近才在古晋开设了一家眼科专科中心。

“我在古晋时，他常常要我陪他一起散步，我把这视为我俩相处的好时光。”

散步之余，他们会谈到许多人生课题，包括生活与家人，有时还会做些运动。

在人生的旅途中，她认为最珍贵的就是健康，和拥有一个快乐的家庭。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，相較過去5個交易日平均為27.69仙股價，每股25仙的售價折價約9.71%。

英斯達康是在上個月宣布建議私下配售股本約10%股權，冀籌資高達9056萬令吉。至于所得資金，其中4000萬令吉至5500萬令吉將充作未來可行投資，2388萬令吉至3330萬令吉則供子公司營運資本，余下165萬令吉至226萬令吉則做計劃經費。

今早甫開市，英斯達康股價掛平盤27仙，不過交投頗熱，直接登十大熱門股榜，休市時僅微揚0.5仙，股價掛27.5仙，半日交投高達8079萬3900股。

該股憑單英斯達康-WB（INSTACO-WB，0069WB，創業板科技）開市則起0.5仙，掛12仙，早盤開始隨母股熱揚，休市時則起1.5仙，掛13仙，成交量3190萬8600股。

閉市時，英斯達康起0.5仙，掛27.5仙，成交量9070萬6200股；英斯達康-WB則起1仙，掛12.5仙，成交量4343萬股。

該公司日前向馬證交所報備指出，私下配售新股確定定價每股25仙，相等于截至16日閉市，5日加權平均股價（WAMP）折價9.71%。

（吉隆坡19日讯）私募基金公司Creador总执行长布拉玛，购入Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）2%股权。

根据《星报》报道，布拉玛通过Instacom集团的私下配售活动，收购了这批股权；而根据每股25仙的私配价，估计布拉玛共支付了约1000万令吉。

一名投行业者说：“Creador往往会投资在那些拥有强劲消费者业务的公司，当这些投资规模太小，布拉玛有时会自己收购，当作私人投资。”

布拉玛向来以积极投资在增长迅速的小型公司而闻名，根据以往资料，他也投资在Mulpha置地、SMRT控股（SMRT，0117，创业板）、世康（SCICOM，0099，主板贸服股）、MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）和GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）。

同时，由布拉玛管理的Creador，则投资在IFCA（IFCAMSC，0023，创业板）、Asiamet教育（AEGB，5166，主板贸服股）、旧街场白咖啡（OLDTOWN，5201，主板贸服股）与宝利机构（BONIA，9288，主板消费产品股）。

（吉隆坡8日讯）Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）宣布，私下配售的新股获得热烈反应，目前共筹得3375万令吉。

该公司早前私配高达3亿2342万4728股，相等于缴足股本10%的股票，给第三方投资者，每股配售价为25仙，而筹获的资金，将用作未来投资和营运资本。

该公司在文告中指出，尽管市况充满挑战，不过私下配售仍取得令人鼓舞的认购率。

在策略投资者的积极认购下，公司筹得3375万令吉，进一步提高公司截至去年9月持有的3799万令吉现金流。

易名为怡丰国际

联合总执行长拿督斯里杨雄木指出，公司的私配能取得成功，显示出投资者对公司的前景充满信心。

另一方面，公司早前建议易名为怡丰国际控股（Vivocom International Holdings），在股东特大上获得股东的首肯。

该公司指出，公司易名有助加强品牌形象，更好的反映出公司的专注力，同时有意成为区域强稳的建筑集团的意愿。

（吉隆坡14日讯）我国今年再有一条新铁路开跑，对建筑领域是个惊喜，若中国铁建股份有限公司（CRCC）获得此工程，相信Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）将会是最有潜能的受惠者。

消息称，政府已批准在彭亨建立一条连接关丹和文德甲的新双线铁路计划，且将完全由私人领域融资，计划预计会在2017年动工。

联昌国际投行估计，上述铁路项目的成本预计为每公里4000万至6000万令吉，总价值相等于是50亿令吉。

这铁路将主要用来运输货物，也有可能会包括载送乘客的服务。

料首季颁合约

若包括这条双线铁路计划，我国将有两个大型的铁路项目将在今年开跑。

另一个是80亿令吉的金马士-新山（Gemas-JB）双线铁路工程，这将由中国承包商融资。

分析员估计，关丹-文德甲的铁路项目，将在未来1至3个月内颁发合约。

若CRCC获得此项目，分析员相信，Instacom集团将会是最有潜能的受惠者，因后者是中国承包商领军的本地项目最清晰的代表。

未入账订单19亿

截至去年杪，Instacom集团的未入账订单企于19亿令吉。

随着新项目将在今年出现，包括上述铁路计划，分析员维持建筑领域“增持”的投资评级。

同时预计，该领域将会浮现许多订单流。

另外，金务大（GAMUDA，5398，主板建筑股）仍是分析员的首选大资本股，而睦兴旺（MUHIBAH，5703，主板建筑股）则是看好的小型股。

偕棕油公司寻中国伙伴 Instacom 拟印尼建港口工业园

（吉隆坡15日讯）Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）和印尼原棕油公司PT Kharisma Kemingking拟携手合作发展印尼港口和综合工业发展计划，预计总值20亿令吉。
根据文告，双方在周一（11日）签署暂定协议书（HoA）。

在该协议下，Instacom集团将和旗下的怡丰企业有限公司、PT Kharisma组成财团，在后者位于印尼占碑省占地2155.52公顷的种植地，作为Kharisma港口、综合工业和商业发展计划。

该项目共分为3项阶段，分别为基础设施、码头和商业计划。

首阶段的工程涵盖基础设施，如港口扩展、道路、电力设施和积水吸收。次阶段则包括码头拓展、兴建冷库、原棕油和橡胶领域的生产支援设施、公寓、员工宿舍和运动设施等。

第三阶段则是商业发展，如酒店、高尔夫球场、回教中心和其他宗教膜拜场所等。

《The Edge》引述Instacom集团执行董事朱升进报道，签署暂定协议书不具约束力，同时仍在进行可行性研究项目，处于初步的阶段。

“我们将尽量在中国寻找伙伴，以为该项目融资，暂时还未鉴定任何投资者。”

预计明年动工

他说，公司将拟定该项目设计，估计耗时6个月，接着在1年内和Kharisma Kemingking达成最终协议。

他指出，该项工程预计会在明年初动工，不过仍需胥视能否寻获投资伙伴融资，而分3阶段的建筑估计将需5至10年的时间完成。【南洋网财经】

It was an inside-day today!
INSTACO opened the day marginally lower and then moved into defensive trading with prices hovering within last Friday"s narrow range of between 28 and 29 sens.

Total volume today dipped to 34.05 M shares compared to Fridays volume of 58.93 M shares.

The bulk of today's volume  were done at 28.5 sens where 27.75 million shares  changed hands.

Volume trade at 28 and 29 sens we're relatively moderate at 3.32 and 2.98 M shares respectively.

Overall technical setting of INSTACO at close today stayed friendly and continues to point to the prospects of a firmer trading environment tomorow.

Suak Kandis, Desa Sakaen, Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu, Desa Pudak, Desa Kemingking Dalam, Teluk Jambu, Kecamatan Marosebo, Jambi Province, Indonesia measuring approximately 2,155.52 hectare (“Proposed Collaboration”) through the consortium of Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“VESB”), Pt. Kharisma Kemingking and Instacom Group Berhad (“Instacom”) (“The Parties”) Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Instacom wishes to announce the following additional details:- The cost and outlay for the Proposed Collaboration have not been fixed and shall be determined once the feasibility and due diligence study to be conducted by VESB are completed and the terms and conditions of the definitive agreements are mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The capital outlay by VESB and Instacom, once determined, will be financed by way of the internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings, as and when required. The feasibility and due diligence study is expected to be completed within the next six (6) months. Thereupon, the definitive agreements are expected to be signed by the Parties within three (3) months after the finalization of the feasibility and due diligence study. The Company would provide further updates on the Proposed Collaboration, such as, amongst others, the capital outlay, the finalization of the feasibility and due diligence study and the signing of the definitive agreements, etc., once they are available. Predator-Eye View - INSTACO

There were some early jittery profit- taking activities today as some nervous players took some money off the table following the shake-out in Tokyo.

The bulk of today's long liquidation selling pressure was well absorbed by bargain-hunting buying and bottom-fishing activities and it sort of resembled 'pouring buckets of water over a duck's back'!

This gave me the change to pick up a substantial amount of marbles at the lower end of the trading range at 28.5 sens.  

Announcement at the close today that INSTACO had secured a RM 240 million development project should provide the incentive for players who 'see-money-take-money' to jump back onto the bullish bandwagon.

Trades were done from 28.5 and 30.0 levels on a volume of  50.70M shares.

From a technical perspective, the trading scenario today looks and smell like a typical bear-trap in an up trending market. GMT
