(吉隆坡20日讯)Instacom集团(INSTACO,0069,创业板)宣布,获得Coneff机构颁发总值2亿4041万8000令吉的建筑合约。

该公司向马交所报备,子公司VivocomEnterprise私人有限公司今日获得得标书(LOA),将为Coneff机构位于Desa Tasik的2个商务产业发展计划进行建筑活动。

该商务产业包括服务式公寓、2层零售单位、1层休闲中心和7层停车场。

Coneff机构自1989年,就与吉隆坡市政局联手发展Desa Tasik地区。

Instacom集团指出,最新合约也是该公司今年第一个合约,预计3月8日开工,料在未来45个月内完工。【南洋网财经】

LETTER OF AWARD RECEIVED BY INSTACOM GROUP BERHAD
Instacom Group Berhad (“Instacom” or “the Company")

The Board of Directors of Instacom is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“VESB”), had received and accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Coneff”) on 20 January 2016, for the provision of construction works for two (2) blocks of commercial towers comprising service apartments, two (2) storeys of retail units, one (1) storey of recreational centre and seven (7) storeys of car parks located at Lot 36071 & 36072, Phase 3B, Desa Tasik, Mukim Petaling, Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur (“the Project”). The Project is valued at RM240,418,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Forty Million and Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand).

Coneff is wholly owned by Bina Bersatu Sdn Bhd, which in turn is 70% owned by Zamurni Sdn Bhd. Coneff was formed to undertake developments projects namely the joint-development Desa Tasik Project with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur since 1989 to develop the area.

The LOA is subject to agreement to be entered into between VESB and Coneff. This is the first project awarded to VESB in 2016. This Project shall commence on 8 March 2016 and shall be completed within forty five (45) months from the date of commencement.

This Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Instacom for the duration of the Project.

The risks associated with the Project are mainly operational risks and risk of delay in completion of the Project. Notwithstanding this, the management of Instacom will strive to ensure full compliance to the operational procedures in the execution of the requirements of the Project.

The Project is in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any other relevant government authorities in Malaysia.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Instacom or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Project.

This announcement is dated 20 January 2016.

Today's trading can best be described as the calm before storm. Traders and investors who are bullish in their outlook took advantage of the softer values to add further buying positions.
The softer sentiment at the Bursa prompted some speculative selling from traders. However, buying-interests persisted all day and absorbed the bulk of the selling volume at 28 and 29 sen .

A late round of buying lifted values from it daily-lows and settled the day unchanged at 28.5 sen. Volume was slighty higher at 56.87 M shares.
The late round of bullish momentum today suggests the sentiment tomorrow would be stronger.

PREDATOR'S-EYE VIEW -INSTACO 22/1/16

INSTACO finished a quiet and slow session unchanged at 28.5 sens.

Traders were seen to be sidelined ahead of the long-weekend.

A total of 26.03 M shares were traded, of which 24.10 M shares changed hands at 28.5 sens and 1.93 M shares at 29.0 sens.

A forward-looking analysis of the long-term price trend of INSTACO continues to suggest that the upward  cycle would continue once the headwinds linked to negative US and Asian markets subside in the coming days.

INSTACO had weather the storm very well the last couple of days.

Presently, it is faced with an overhead price resistance at 30.0-30.5 level. This crucial technical barrier need to be breach in order for the upward trend to expand into new territories.

Watch for a break out next week and join the bandwagon!

1st image- announcement of coneff. Market suggestion to add position as this is 1st project  for 2016. Beneficiary of crcc for hsr project
2nd image- instaco share price expected to go up due to hsr and mainboard speculation.

Coneff announcement and co expected to achieve total 3b projects.

If Crcc win double track and hsr it is foreseen  that instacom is obe of the beneficiary.

Cimb research in the opinion that instaco is to be revalued as its Pe ratio is 4.3 while industry average is 13.5- a discount  of 68%. With the railway contract & mainboard listing factor they recommend to add position and tp is 67sen

Instacom - Breaking out n taking off!

Grab all at 28.5c to 29.5c without hesitation.

Major take-off once 30c - 30.5 resistance level reached n broken.

Market talk - major price booster news n report out this week, both contract awards n analyst report.

探子回报:
根据朋友印尼发回来的照片,发现那个kharisma port 计划的地方,vivocom的考察队已经到那边侦察,还插上了他们的旗帜,至少有点进展吧!

VIVOCOM  ended the day firmer with minor gains. Late wave of buying helped transformed the technical chart-picture from negative to neutral-to-positive. From early-December 15 to January 16, three triple-tops or price peaks were established.if we join the the three tops we would get to see an immediate price objective at 0.29-0.295. Continuation of today's mild upward momentum could take values higher to test this chart-hurdle. Happy & Prosperous CNY.

We refer to the article appearing in FocusM on Friday, 5 February 2016, in particular to the sentence reproduced below :-

“….Vivocom is targeting to deliver some RM700 mil in revenue this year.”

In relation thereto, we wish to clarify that the statement above was in actuality meant to outline the Company’s management’s financial target or goal set to be attained for current financial year ending 31 December 2016 (“FYE 2016”).

As disclosed in our circular to the shareholders dated 28 September 2015, Vivocom had an order book of RM247.35 million. Subsequently to that, Vivocom had vide several announcements, announced that it had won numerous contracts with the aggregated value of RM616.12 million. In addition, Vivocom had also entered into two (2) separate Heads of Agreement (“HoA”) with Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd on 26 January 2016 and PT Kharisma Kemingking on 15 January 2016. The potential value of work order to arise from the HoA with Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd is expected to be not less than RM230.00 million whilst the potential value of work order to arise from the HoA with PT Kharisma Kemingking have not been fixed and shall be determined once the feasibility and due diligence study is completed and the defnitive agreements are signed. Vivocom expect the definitive agreements for both HoAs to be signed and work to commence within the FYE 2016.

Based on the developments above, the management has envisioned and set an internal target to undertake work of up to RM700.00 million for the FYE 2016

What a difference a day make!
Today trading was serene compared to yesterday's tornado twister action.
We have seen the entire day very orderly buying activities which was linked to short-covering. People who sold aggressively yesterday are now buying back to remain invested. Bids were carefully placed into market for fear that sellers would shy away during this price sensitive short-covering process.
A total of 21.78 M shares were transacted. At 0.225 seller gave 3.26 M shares to buyers and at 0.23, buyers took 8.11 M shares from sellers and seller booked buyers with 7.89 M shares. Trading at 0.235 weak lopsided as buyers paid up and took 2.06M shares from sellers.
Price ended at 0.230. up 0.005 from previously.
Chart wise, we have entered into a new-normal trading range and the stock is expected to enter into range-bound..around the 0.23 to 0.25 range...Vivocom is strongly managed n supported. Owners not selling. If not we would hv limit down yesterday. It happened before in December last year n we staged a strong comeback. We will do so likewise again when the timing is right. Timing is everything in d stock market.

VIVOCOM ended higher on a strong technical rebound.
Out of a total 30.52 M shares traded, buyers book seller 68.1% of the trades and sellers only gave 31.9% of the trades.
Buyers clearly took the upper hand.
At 0.235, total traded was 25.86M shares and buyers booked sellers 15.75 M shares and sellers only gave 9.73 M shares to buyers.
At day's high of 0.240, buyers booked sellers with 454K shares and at 0.230, all 4.58 M shares were buyers booking sellers.
My GMT Trend-Tracker, has entered into bullish convergence and is showing that an upward cycle has begun.
The manner and speed of the recovery accompanied with high volume today has generated fresh interest from traders and at the same time discouraged many stale-bulls from exiting. Guys, at 23.5c to 25c, it's a safe level to average down.

Be patient n wait for the big breakout. It will happen, that I'm absolutely certain. It's a matter of when.

When it happens you will be amply rewarded. I will make sure it happens. Keep your faith.
