FAVELLE FAVCO BERHAD ("FFB" ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFSHORE PEDESTAL CRANES FROM KEPPEL FELS LIMITED

INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of FFB is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Favelle Favco Cranes Pte Ltd ("FFS" had accepted a purchase order from Keppel Fels Limited on 2 July 2007 ("Contract" for the supply of offshore pedestal cranes.

The total value of the Contract is SGD 4,416,000.00 (Singapore Dollars: Four Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Only).


DURATION OF CONTRACT

The Contract is for a period of approximately 15 to 18 months, which is expected to be delivered by end of 2008.


FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The above Contract valued at SGD 4,416,000.00 (Singapore Dollars: Four Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Only) is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of FFB for the financial year ending 31 December 2007 and beyond. The Contract does not have any impact on share capital and shareholding structure of FFB.


DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the above Contract.


DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of FFB is of the opinion that the acceptance of the above Contract is in the best interest of FFB.

輝高獲逾3000萬工程

 （吉隆坡訊）輝高（FAVCO,7229）旗下兩家公司獲頒兩項總值3444萬1970令吉的工程。

該公司發文告指出，兩項合約總值各報959萬6928萬令吉848萬6880澳元（約2484萬5042令吉），分別由森那美工程私人有限公司與Marr Contracting私人有限公司頒出。 （星洲日報/財經•2007.07.03）

The Board of Directors of Muhibbah ("Board") is pleased to announce that the Company has been awarded by SKVE Holdings Sdn Bhd for the construction works of the South Klang Valley Expressway ("the project") for the sum of Ringgit Malaysia One Billion One Hundred Million (RM1,100,000,000).

This South Klang Valley Expressway will be from Damansara Puchong Highway ("LDP") interchange to Pulau Indah at West Coast of Peninsular Malaysia . 睦興旺工程獲11億工程
（吉隆坡6日訊）睦興旺工程（MUHIBAH，5703，主板建築）獲SKVE控股（SKVE Holdings）頒予總值11億令吉的南巴生谷大道 （South Klang Valley Expressway）工程合約。 該公司今日向馬證交所報備指出，預計該工程將為下財年帶來正面貢獻。 睦興旺工程展望南巴生谷大道工程，可在42個月內完成。 該工程包括建設橋架構、路面排水及道路設備等。
