迪隆 国油 联手商业化新技术

（吉隆坡10日讯）迪隆（Deleum，5132，主板贸服股）独资子公司和国油科技创投私人有限公司（PTVSB）签约，联合进行固体沉积处理技术商业化的工作。

协议由迪隆的独资子公司迪隆化学（Delcom Chemicals私人有限公司）、和国油科技创投私人有限公司共同签署的。

国油科技创投私人有限公司是国油旗下技术商业化臂膀，协议下、向迪隆化学发出知识产权执照。

透过这个联营商业协议，国油向迪隆化学授独有及不可转让的执照，以商业化技术。

这项技术能解决油井开采时，复杂有机固相沉积问题，并能透过提高油井开采的稳定性，减少营运成本。

迪隆集团董事经理南尤斯里指出：“我们对于合作计划感到荣幸，这项计划让集团稳健发展，而且多元化业务组合，从中改善公司前景。”[NanYang]

根據技術分析，投資者在最近3年內對迪聯（DELEUM，5132，主要板貿易）的購興缺缺，自2008年中至今，該股明顯受限于2令吉的阻力水平，最低價位為1.45令吉。

根據技術表，交投量在上幾週已開始活躍且穩定，表示投資者對此股購興開始回溫。

從去年9月起，該股谷底回升至2令吉的阻力水平。基于目前的價位是2年以來高水平，顯示打破阻力的可能性顯著增加。

迪聯2送1紅股

（吉隆坡15日訊）迪聯（DELEUM，5132，主板貿服組）建議以2送1比例，派送5千萬股紅股回饋股東和改善流動率。

該公司發文告指出，有關紅股計劃將由保留盈利融資。截至2011年12月31日止，迪聯保留盈利達6千596萬令吉（未扣除900萬令吉派息），預計在紅股計劃後將減至680萬8千令吉令吉。

同時，紅股計劃將促使迪聯的繳足資本從1億令吉擴至1億5千萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

传迪隆 国油联推 提油率突破产品

（吉隆坡24日讯）传迪隆（Deleum，5132，主板贸服股）和国油勘探私人有限公司，正联手推出一项可改善提油率的“突破性”产品，甚至计划为产品申请国际专利。

消息来源告诉财经周刊《The Edge》，这项产品将分解堵住油管的蜡状物，国油勘探也探讨进行联营计划，以便把这项产品推出市场。

据知，该联营公司将拥有上述产品的国际专利，预料大部分的石油业者都会使用以上产品。

根据市场分析员预料，虽然市面上已有很多可加强石油提取率的产品，但如果没有完全去除蜡状物，将会提高取油时的成本。

消息说：“有关产品已经在沙巴一些油田试用，国油勘探正准本申请专利，以便创造更大的商机。”

处理固体沉积
另一名业者也说：“迪隆和国油勘探合作并不奇怪，他们一直以来关系密切，迪隆也是一家信誉良好的公司。”

根据观察，迪隆去年的一项研发合作，或许就是上述产品的推手。在该计划下，迪隆独资子公司迪隆化学私人有限公司和国油科技创投私人有限公司签署协议，将固体沉积处理技术商业化。

这项技术可解决挖掘油田时，复杂的固体沉积问题，整个技术弹性很高，但是却可有效的解决问题，且能降低营运成本。

因此，相信这个新技术，能为公司带来巨大的财富，整个领域都会受惠。

资本开销2500万 迪隆冀并购拓业务

（吉隆坡24日讯）迪隆（Deleum，5132，主板贸服股）本财年将拨出2000万至2500万令吉，进一步拓展旗下三大核心业务，包括并购。

迪隆董事经理南尤斯里在出席了股东常年大会后表示，计划利用这笔资金并购可为现有业务产生协同作用的公司。

“我们也打算增购更多设备，加强现有业务的发展与服务。”

迪隆去年管理层与业务重组后，目前把焦点放在三大核心业务，包括电力和机械、维护、修理和大修（MRO）以及油田服务。

为了在2015年达成成为区域业者的目标，迪隆将积极进军东协与中东市场。

拥4400万现金
南尤斯里说：“这需要良好的规划，包括扩充技术型产品与服务，因此，我们会在这方面投资更多。”

迪隆年内拟数收购案

（吉隆坡28日讯）迪隆（Deleum，5132，主板贸服股）将在未来两个季度，敲定数项并购计划。

迪隆董事经理南尤斯里向《星报》披露，公司将在未来半年进行数项企业活动，目前部分洽商活动已进入最后阶段。

不过，他拒绝透露并购目标的名字，仅回应这些公司能够为公司的拓展计划带来加值效果。

拥8100万现金
南尤斯里在上月的常年股东大会曾表明，迪隆将会妥善利用强稳的净现金地位，增购更多设备加强现有业务的发展与服务，焦点将放在三大核心业务，包括电力和机械、油田服务，以及维护、维修和翻修（MRO）。

截至3月31日，迪隆现金高达8100万令吉，短期和长期贷款则分别为1700万令吉和850万令吉，计划今年用于业务拓展的资本开销将介于2000万至2500万令吉。

同时，南尤斯里也表示，迪隆也冀望能开拓国际知名度，希望能在2015年重出海外，在国外展开营运。

目前迪隆订单总值6亿5000万令吉，手上工程足以让公司忙至2018年。
