（吉隆坡10日訊）多元資源（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工業）獲國行批准，開始洽談收購Muamalat銀行（Bank Muamalat）70%股權，以及脫售Uni Asia資本（Uni Asia Capital）51%股權，並于今日9時正停牌。

多元資源向馬交所報備指出，該公司獲國行允許，與Bukhary資本（Bukhary Capital）展開洽談有關收購Muamalat銀行70%股權事宜。

2月份媒體曾報導，Muamalat銀行大股東有意脫售股權給科威特（Kuwait），惟爾后遭該銀行否認。

另外，多元資源也獲國行批准，與僑豐控股（OSK，5053，主板金融）正式洽談有關脫售前者所持有Uni Asia資本51%股權的事宜。

但根據1996年保險法（Insurance Act 1996），國行建議兩家公司尋求財政部同意，以脫售Uni Asia資本股權。

為配合這兩項宣布，多元資源向馬交所申請從今日早上9時正，停牌交易，最后交易價為1.93令吉。

松大的 potential reflected value 也指出她市值 rm 5。90， 现在买进约有50% 折扣呢，还有， 根据其quick chart GPMMA 表，其长期moving average 已超过短期moving average， 其MACD 利于短期与长期呢，成交量亦十分理想，唯其10 days bollinger band 开始收缩。。。。

唉，技术分析着实不简单，其指标方向各异呢~~

OSK Investment to launch RM2b facility

OSK Investment Bank Bhd, a unit of OSK Holdings Bhd, plans to launch a RM2 billion collateralised loan obligation (CLO) programme.

The programme will be issued as early as in the first week of December, OSK Investment head of debt capital market Eddie Fong said.

Under the plan, it will arrange new financing facilities for a group of 50 Malaysian companies which are spread over 15 different types of industries such as construction, property, oil and gas, and manufacturing.

Then, it will sell the loans to a special purpose vehicle called D-One Bhd, which would issue bonds to fund the purchase of the loans.

"We have identified quite a number of mid-cap companies for the first CLO programme and each company would be given between RM10 million and RM15 million to help them raise funds for their business expansion and working capital," Fong told Business Times.

He said OSK Investment is working with Standard Bank Singapore, its technical advisor that is head-quartered in South Africa, for the programme.

"The potential for CLO in Malaysia is huge and there is still good investor demand for the bonds. By launching CLOs in Malaysia, it would be able to position us in the forefront of the ABS (asset-backed securities) market," added Fong.

Since 2002, five CLOs have been issued and there are more than 100 companies that have raised money through CLOs.

"Companies are turning to CLOs to raise funds as they find it hard to raise money through other financing methods. Furthermore, CLOs reduces credit risk for the lender," added Fong.

OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK" or the "Company")
- Proposed acquisition of 490,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, which
represents 49% of the total issued paid-up share capital of Ascendas-OSK REIT
Management Sdn. Bhd. ("A-OSK") from Ascendas (Malaysia) Pte Ltd (the "Vendor")
(the" Proposed Acquisition")
The Board of Directors of OSK wishes to announce that the Company has entered
into a Sale of Shares Agreement on 19 October 2007 (the "Agreement") with the
Vendor to acquire 490,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, which represents 49%
of the total issued paid-up share capital of A-OSK at a purchase consideration
of RM117,423.40 subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The
purchase consideration was arrived at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis.
A-OSK is presently a 51%-owned subsidiary of OSK.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of OSK or parties connected
with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Proposed
Acquisition.

Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, A-OSK shall become a wholly-owned
subsidiary of OSK.
