实康5893万售香港水务公司

(吉隆坡26日讯)实康工程(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)宣布,与旗下持股60%股权的子公司--Salcon Water(亚洲)公司,以及香港合东集团有限公司(Orient Harmony Holdings)签署一项股权买卖协议,脱售旗下实康临沂(香港)有限公司的100%股权。

脱售价为9800万人民幣(相等于约5893万6733令吉)。文告指出,上述脱售计划旨在实现和释放其投资在实康临沂公司的价值,加强实康工程的財务状况。所得款项可让实康工程重新调动其资本和资源,以扩大其他核心业务,包括產业发展和光纤。

文告显示,一旦完成脱售,预期实现净收益约3196万令吉。

Salcon Water(亚洲)公司已在今日收到按美元计算的1502万1231美元,因此上述脱售计划被视为在今日完成。【东方网财经】

实康获2.3亿合约

2016年6月9日
(吉隆坡8日讯)实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)宣布,独资子公司Salcon工程获颁两项水务工程,合约总值2亿3219万2800令吉。

根据文告,公司获得一项价值2亿1766万9000令吉的采购、建筑和启用(EPCC)合约,为期35个月。

这是为瓜拉登嘉楼北部(Kuala Terengganu Utara)的水务供应计划,设计和兴建传统水务处理厂、取水系统、水箱、安装生水和干净水管。

此外,公司也获得提升Lebam河的污水处理厂和分配系统的配套1工程,合约价值为1452万3800令吉,为期8个月。

实康预计,两项合约将会对集团本财年至2019财年的4个财年净利和净资产带来贡献。【e南洋】

实康1.13亿澳洲买地

2016年7月1日
(吉隆坡30日讯)实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)子公司斥资3788万澳元(约1亿1343万令吉),收购澳洲的一片土地。

根据文告,实康独资子公司实康发展(澳洲)公司昨日和K.&E.Rogers签署买卖协议,收购澳洲维多利亚南亚拉克莱蒙特街(Claremont Street)占地2125平方尺的土地。

由于国内房市放缓,因此该公司探讨多元化海外的产业发展组合。

实康计划将该片土地展开住宅发展计划,涵盖336个住宅单位和零售垫楼,发展总值估计达2亿3000万澳元(约6亿8900万令吉)。【e南洋】

实康获6678万合约

2016年8月23日
(吉隆坡22日讯)实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)获颁发一项总值6678万令吉的废水分包处理工程合约。

根据文告,这项合约是由MMC Engineering Services有限公司(MMCES)颁发给子公司实康工程有限公司。

这项合约是为冷岳集中废水处理厂计划,将10个废水处理厂转化成抽水站。

这项工程预科可在4个月内完成,料为实康未来三个财年的盈利和净资产作出贡献。

实康营运总监黄清瑞表示,“我们将与MMCES共同改善蕉赖至加影一带的废水处理服务。”

在纳入这项合约后,实康今年获得的合约增至3亿令吉。

实康次季净利飙30倍

2016年8月27日
(吉隆坡26日讯)实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)截至6月底次季净利达2792万8000令吉,上财年为88万4000令吉,暴涨30倍。

该公司次季营业额按年微跌0.87%,至2170万1000令吉,上财年同期为2189万2000令吉,

根据文告,首半年净利累积1123万1000令吉,涨幅达32.3%;营业额则跌13.3%,报3755万8000令吉。

实康指出,今年上半年的水务和污水业务订单达3亿令吉。

同时,对Volksbahn Technologies感到乐观,光纤接头批发业务有助扩大公司收入来源,并在下财年贡献盈利。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡16日讯)实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服股)多元化业务,朝高增长高赚幅领域前进,并考虑明年给予股东更好的回酬。

执行董事拿督梁国华接受《南洋商报》访问时指出,公司的核心业务依然是水务和污水处理,不过,该业务十分不稳定,因此近年来公司也涉足产业发展、科技(或光纤)及旅游电子商务。

他称,光纤业务子公司Volksbahn Technologies私人有限公司(VBT),其实是增长最快的子公司,是公司多元化活动的强心针。

明年获回酬

“预计明年产业发展和光纤业务有显著贡献。未来,希望这些新业务的盈利贡献,将与水务和污水业务同等,甚至超越。”

他认为,这些新业务的赚幅较高,市场不受限制且发展潜能大。

据悉,VBT在1年半前获得国家基建公司(Prasarana)15年合约,可在全长104公里的轨道上安装光纤。

因此,实康可将光纤宽频出租给电信公司,甚至与其他科技公司合作提供网络服务创造增长。

2015年,VBT与亚通(AXIATA,6888,主板贸易股)旗下天地通(Celcom)及U Mobile私人有限公司签署10年合约,提供移动回传及场地租赁服务。

今年8月,VBT也和亚通子公司edotco签署服务合约,联手“光纤化”超过1400座共享基站。

实康在2014年5月,以2350万令吉收购VBT的 51%股权。

至于是否会持续多元化,他说:“其实公司的脚步算是蛮快,需要时间来消化,且现时市场不景气,不过,由于坐拥现金,若有好商机或伙伴,公司会谨慎考虑。

风险可控

“值得注意的是,我们的投资并不大,因为我们主要投资在人力资源,没有购买机械等,风险属可控制范围。”

梁国华指,公司在过去2年脱售中国资产后,财政状况不错,筹了3亿令吉资金,现有约2亿5000万令吉现金,且负债率不高。

截至9月30日,实康的水务和污水业务手握订单达11亿8000万令吉,可忙碌2至3年,同时也参与总值25亿5000万令吉的工程竞标。

购北京信联跨入旅游业

实康通过近期收购的子公司——北京信联移通科技公司(简称北京信联),进一步把业务跨入旅游业。

北京信联主要的业务,是运营阿里巴巴集团旗下飞猪(Fliggy.com)旅游平台的“大马旅游馆”,致力成为马中旅游电子商务的桥梁。

北京信联总执行长徐志奇认为,中国市场虽成熟,但仍有大量的增长空间,因为只有5%中国人口拥有护照。此外,越来越多旅客倾向自由行,年龄也在30岁以下。

“从1月至10月,共有35万中国旅客,通过飞猪来到大马,大约占了中国旅客抵马人数的20%。现在网购已经成为中国年轻一族的习惯,单单飞猪就有2亿名活跃用户。”

身为“淘拍档”(TaoBao Partner),北京信联拥有设立和运营网店的经验,并理解中国旅客的喜好,因此,可以为有意“入馆”却没有相关经验的商家提供服务。

办讲座了解好处

接下来,北京信联会与大马旅游局合作开办讲座,让旅游业者理解在飞猪“开店”的好处。

除了在背后支持业者,北京信联也会开办“大马旅游馆”网上旗舰店,让负担不起网店的小型商家,也有机会直接参与电子商务。

11月初,实康子公司Salcon Water国际有限公司,向Signcharge有限公司购买北京信联的全数股权。【e南洋】
