实康获1321万水务工程

（吉隆坡31日讯）实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）宣布，独资子公司Salcon工程有限公司，获雪州水供管理公司颁发一项总值1320万6187.70令吉合约。

实康昨天向交易所报备，Salcon工程将负责位于雪兰莪、吉隆坡以及布城的水管更换工程。

为期15个月的工程，将从11月8日开始，预计会在2019年2月7日完成；该工程也将会有长达18个月的缺陷责任期。

该项目预计将贡献实康2018和2019财年的净利和净资产。【e南洋】

股价4年半低点．业绩翻盘在望．抓住实康转捩点

业务多元

成立于1974年的实康，是国内著名水务工程专家，从水务项目的设计、建筑、营运至维修维持等工作都能一手包办，成立至今已在区域各国成功执行了超过900项水务和污水处理项目，在业界极具盛名，是各类大小水务工程的长期赢家。

精通水务的实康原本在中国拥有6项水务资产，惟2013年决定以近5亿2000万令吉悉数脱售套现，拿回大量现金；完成脱售后，现金充沛的实康除继续在国内和区域发展核心水务业务，也开始网罗高赚幅新业务，至今涉猎了地产、科技、交通和旅游市场。

多元化策略下，实康率先相中的是产业领域，该公司执行董事拿督梁国华曾坐镇实达集团（SPSETIA，8664，主板产业组）董事部，和当代产业界红人丹斯里刘启盛一起打天下，梁国华目前也是绿盛世（ECOWLD，8206，主板产业组）的副主席，实康和绿盛世这几年两度在产业项目上展开合作，相信正是梁国华搭的桥。

此外，实康还收购了Volksbahn科技的50.1%股权，这家提供光纤电缆和通讯服务的公司是国家基建公司（Prasarana）的合作伙伴，目前正负责替巴生河流域108公里的轻快铁（LRT）和单轨火车（Monorail）线路安装光纤电缆，全面竣工后将获15年经营期，国内各电讯公司料都会成为该光纤基建的租户。

亚通（AXIATA，6888，主板贸服组）旗下电讯塔臂膀Edotco公司甚至还委任Volksbahn协助光纤化其位于轻快铁和单轨火车周边半径2～5公里内的通讯台，并给予10年经营期，这又是另一支经常性收入源流。

Volksbahn把自己定位为独特的“精明城市基建与服务供应商”，放眼捕捉精明城市概念所衍生出的各种商机，其光纤基建除会出租给电讯公司，未来也放眼直接替大小企业提供商业以太网（Ethernet）和无线服务，产业发展商和市政机构也是目标服务对象，业务潜能极佳，是可成大器的公司。

另外，实康去年收购的子公司北京信联移通公司，也获大马旅游局委任在阿里巴巴（Alibaba）旗下旅游臂膀飞猪旅行（Fliggy.com）网站中开设大马旅游馆，协助宣传大马旅游业，也替实康打开旅游业务大门，捕捉中国来马游客大增所衍生的巨大商机。

实康还染指交通业务，透过子公司Eco-Coach & Tours提供环保交通服务和生态旅游服务，这家公司强打的是环保交通概念，旗下约有160辆供载客的环保交通工具，包括巴士、货车、休旅车和客车，知名国际公司如英特尔（Intel）、威腾电子（WesternDigital）等，都是Eco Coach的长期顾客。

鉴于需求增加，Eco-Coach去年增购了30辆货车和4辆巴士。

预算案拨款逾18亿发展水务

在前周公布的2018年预算案中，政府除了宣布拨款4亿2000万令吉发展水务基建，还另拨相信是历来最高的14亿令吉供无收益水（NRW）项目，确保国内无收益水在2020年降至25%目标；不过，市场并没注意到实康正是此拨款的潜在赢家。

翻开过往纪录，政府在2015年预算案中只为无收益水计划拨出1亿令吉，今年则拨出5亿令吉，明年则激增至14亿令吉，拨款激增显示政府越来越重视此问题，这对觊觎相关商机的实康来说无疑是好消息。

过去两个月，实康共赢得两项无收益水计划下的水管替换工程，合计值2647万令吉。

今年6月，梁国华曾向媒体透露实康仍握有6亿4500万令吉未执行订单，足以确保公司未来3年保持忙碌，另外也正在海内外竞标总值22亿令吉的水务相关工程。

目前，投资者对水务股的兴趣，因雪州水务整合计划迟迟未能通过最后一关──完成收购雪河公司（SPLASH），而一直无法升温；不过，鉴于政府已成功收购其余水务资产，拿下SPLASH料是迟早的事，毕竟眼下仅剩出资问题待解决而已。

待雪州水务整合圆满落幕时，市场镁光灯相信会射向实康，因水务整合耽搁间接拖慢了各项水务发展计划，如价值庞大的冷岳2滤水站的第二阶段工程就延迟颁布，而与联营伙伴携手拿下首阶段工程的实康被分析员看作是此合约的夺标热门。

新业务过渡期
水务订单未进账

尽管涉猎颇广，但实康对各新投资的管理都非常到位，所有新业务都有强大伙伴及客户支持，大大提升成功率，资本支出亦非常严谨，使积极开疆辟土的实康截至今年6月杪止依然掌握1亿3386万令吉净现金在手，相当于每股19.7仙，占股价近半。

1.33亿现金在手

而且，随发展值约1亿6000万令吉的士拉央Res280产业计划竣工在即，目前被归类作“货存”的大笔发展成本预计很快变现，进一步提升实康手上的银弹。

自脱售中国水务资产以来，实康业绩就一直没有突破，近几季更陷入亏损，致股价明显回调，创4年半新低；不过，业绩低迷纯粹只因新业务处过渡期，及新水务订单未进账的缘故，问题仅出在时机。

鉴于产业计划铁定会在今年内进账，光纤电缆亦预计在今年内全面安装完毕，收割期将至，实康业绩基础正在迅速转好中，何况其未执行水务订单价值是2016财政年集团营业额的6倍以上，在在显示实康翻身本钱很雄厚，时机也即将成熟。

虽然业绩翻身在望，可实康股价目前却只比4年半低点稍高一些，只以账面值的0.58倍交易，显然未反映潜在利好。因此，实康截至今年3月杪的股东名册里出现多位知名企业家和基金经理名字，并不让人意外。

现金充沛，管理记录佳，业务潜力大，股价谷底徘徊。符合这些条件的公司，试问马股还剩几家？

随2017年接近尾声，那些可望在2018年发光发热的公司，估计会渐渐引起关注；因此，若本月公布的第三季业绩一如预期般翻盘，实康就很有机会在众多公司里脱颖而出，以受瞩目的新星姿态昂首迈向2018年。

（吉隆坡17日讯）实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）独资子公司实康工程，获得雪州水供管理公司颁发更换水管合约，总值1715万8233令吉。

实康昨天向交易所报备，根据合约，实康工程将负责更换雪州、吉隆坡及布城的水管。

工程将从11月29日开始进行，为期15个月，将在2019年2月28日完成，并无更新合约的选项。

这项工程，预计将对实康截至2018年和2019年12月31日财年净利及净资产带来贡献。【e南洋】

实康赢越南7710万合约

（吉隆坡18日讯）实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）联营公司获越南海防市水务局，颁4261亿8874万2926越南盾（约7710万令吉）合约。

实康今日向交易所报备，独资子公司实康工程有限公司与Bach Dang建筑机构联合股份公司（简称Bach Dang JSC），成立的联营公司Bach Dang-Salcon，于上周五（15日）接获Haiphong Water联合股份公司的承诺函。

实康工程和Bach Dang JSC，各持联营公司的75%和25%股权。

工程内容是为海防第二期水供应系统的复原和升级项目，提供An Duong组件的材料供应和安装服务。

合约从明年1月5日开始，预计24个月完成，料贡献实康在2018至2020财年的净利和净资产。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡25日讯）实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）子公司实康工程，获Jurutera Perunding Tegap 私人有限公司颁发708万5846.25令吉的合约，负责位于雪州瓜拉冷岳的污水泵站项目设计和建筑工程。

实康昨天向交易所报备，实康工程持股60%的子公司，Envitech私人有限公司是在前日收到了得标信函。

根据文告，除了设计和打造一个污水泵站，Envitech还需为一个现有的泵站和废料处理站进行升级工作。

工程将从1月30日开始进行，为期12个月，无更新合约的选项。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Salcon wishes to announce that Eco-Coach & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 482780-T) (“ECT”), a 51.3%-owned subsidiary of Salcon Capital Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salcon had on 26 June 2018 entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Dato’ Lee Soon Ann, Datin Li Jing and Li Xiao Chun for the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Crystal Expertise Sdn Bhd (Company No. 0823817-P) (“CESB”) comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares, from Dato’ Lee Soon Ann (930,000 ordinary shares), Datin Li Jing (35,000 ordinary shares) and Li Xiao Chun (35,000 ordinary shares) for a total cash consideration of RM1,430,000.00 only (“Acquisition”). Salcon is pleased to announce that Salcon Engineering Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 16 July 2018 accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 12 July 2018 issued by the Ministry of Megapolis & Western Development, Sri Lanka for the following project:- Project Date of Commencement and Duration Contract Sum Design and Building of Ambatale Storm Water Pumping Station (hereinafter referred as “the Project”) The date of commencement is upon the fulfillment of conditions precedent. Duration of the Project is 21 months from the date of commencement. USD6.85 million (equivalent to RM27.67 million*) and LKR1.718 billion (equivalent to RM43.60 million#) totaling equivalent to approximately RM71.27 million (including relevant taxes and duties and VAT)   The Project is a construction contract and has no option for renewal. The Project is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of Salcon Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2018, 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020.
