花时装委2新执行董事

（吉隆坡19日讯）花时装（VOIR，7240，主板贸服股）宣布，委任铁路货物运输公司Asia Freight Rail的董事黄贵华（译音）和依布拉欣萨哈里为执行董事。

根据文告，今年59岁的黄贵华，持有花时装1.14%的股权，他同时也是阿斯特拉（ASUPREM，7070，主板工业产品股）的执行董事。

不仅如此，他和依布拉欣萨哈里也是Asia Freight Rail私人有限公司的董事。

根据彭博社资料，Asia Freight Rail是一家铁路货物运输业者，成立于2015年。

值得注意的是，今年2月时，消息传Asia Freight Rail计划竞标马来亚铁道公司（KTM）的货物运输业务。

花时装旗下有时装与餐饮业务，但由于餐饮业务蒙亏，在2014年就决定缩减餐饮业务，以更专注在时装和美容业务。

Vista Lestari入主

今年3月， 花时装宣布，Vista Lestari发展有限公司与大股东签署有条件买卖协议，以总值3647万8515令吉，收购其接近50.71%的股权和55.78%的凭单。

随后，随着Vista Lestari发展持有花时装的50.71%股权后，买卖协议即转为“无条件”，展开强制性收购所有剩余的股票和凭单。【e南洋】

花時裝控股向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Million Twilight私人有限公司，接獲來自Wira Syukur（大馬）私人有限公司的分包合約，以在人民組屋計劃下，完成千個公寓單位，合約價值2462萬令吉。

We refer to the Company’s earlier announcement on 26 September 2016 and 28 September 2016 pursuant to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Million Twilight Sdn Bhd (“MT”) which had accepted a sub-contract  offer from Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd (400597-K) (“WSSB”) pertaining to a project to complete 1,000 units of apartments in Kota Bharu under the PPR. The sub-contract of reinforced concrete structure which works on back-to-back basis to the main contract carry a contract value of  RM24,624,000.00 and is for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017. For avoidance of doubt, MT has not commenced any physical works nor it has incurred any related expenses on the PPR Kota Bharu as at todate. In connection to the above, the Company wish to announce that on 8 December 2016, MT has received a revised Letter of Award from WSSB and duly accepted the reassignment of project site from PPR Kota Bharu to PPR Kota Setar and change of sub-contract nature of works from reinforced concrete to structure & architecture works with a revised contract value of RM25,400,000.00. The reason for the revised Letter of Award to MT isdue to WSSB’s management decision to restrategize  sub-letting works by redeploying  adequate resources to expedite and ensure completion as scheduled in PPR Kota Setar. （吉隆坡4日讯）花时装（Voir Holdings Bhd）计划通过私下配售，筹集792万至1152万令吉，以资助建筑项目和充作营运资本。

花时装今日向大马交易所报备说，虽然发售价和潜在投资者尚未确定，但大部分所筹资金，即507万至762万令吉将用于其2540万令吉，位于吉兰丹哥打士打（Kota Setar）的1000个公寓单位项目。

该集团补充，这是子公司Million Twilight私人有限公司在2016年9月获得的人民组屋计划（PPR）公寓项目的分包合约。

私下配售涉及发行高达1920万股，相当于集团发行股本的10%。

该集团的股本将从现有的6600万令吉，扩大至7392万和1亿752万令吉之间。

该活动预计在今年第二季完成。
