Compugt 種沉香樹也花了五年的時間，在這五年內，公司一直的營業額都是負數，在2011年，也有要送free凭单，可惜不過關，理由虧損公司兩個財季上虧損，不得送free凭单，現今，它7配1发优先股送1凭单 COMPUGT冀筹3049万，另外，若凭单获全数行使，公司可另外筹得3049万令吉，等於6千萬的。如果後台買主是有能力的買家，compugt未來之路就可以靠沉香木走的更遠了。如今財務方面算是有改進，所以一但附加股順利通過的話，未來公司賺錢的話，照講也該給股息了吧~在2012年，大股東也說過~该公司旗下目前拥有52英亩种植地，沉香树达2万5千棵，吴庆标指出，假设每棵沉香树平均带进5千至1万令吉营收，种植业务有望在5年后作出2亿5千万令吉贡献额。如果講它的沉香樹全部是值 2亿5千万令吉的話，如今只賣出4千多萬，還有2億的沉香樹的沒賣，而這一次的買主也限止它在一年內，不能賣沉香木給外商家，而一年過後，沉香樹的成長，又不一樣的重量，而下來也開始下苗種，如此接下去的話，compugt控股未來前途一方光明，而且也惜用這一次的消息也會打開市埸，所以買主先下條件，一年期限，那麼等於compugt 控股要賣沉香木的話，也要等到2016年4月份，那麼在這一年里，下的沉香苗，也會在一年內成長，如此下去，沉香成帶給compugt更多的商機了。

M&A Securities, on behalf of the Company wishes to announce that Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”) had vide its letter dated 8 May 2015 (received on 14 May 2015) approved the issuance of up to 137,400,000 RPS amounting up to RM13.74 million to non-resident shareholders of CHB. CHB is not required to seek the approval of BNM for the issuance of the remaining RPS to its non-resident shareholders, pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants, in view that the proposed utilisation of the proceeds raised will be utilised for activities in the real sector in Malaysia.
CHB is to inform BNM the date of issuance of the RPS and the actual number of RPS issued to non-resident shareholders within seven (7) days from the date of issuance of the RPS.
The approval will be terminated in the event CHB: - utilises the funds for reasons other than stated in the note below; and
- does not issue the RPS on or before the end of December 2015.

CHB is required to seek the prior consent of BNM: - for any amendments to the terms and purpose of use for the RPS by completing Form 10G; and
- in the event the issuance of the RPS is expected to be after the end of December 2015.
CHB is to make the redemption of the RPS in a foreign currency (other than the currency of Israel) or in Ringgit Malaysia. The redemption of the RPS is to be made into the non-resident’s External Account maintained in Malaysia. Any conversion of foreign currency into Ringgit Malaysia or vice versa is to be made through licensed domestic banks (commercial banks, Islamic banks other than international Islamic banks, or licensed investment banks).
CHB is to also submit the information required by a licensed domestic bank to assist the said bank to make relevant payments of more than RM200,000 or the equivalent in a foreign currency, for each redemption and payment of dividends, on behalf of CHB to non-resident shareholders.
In the event non-resident shareholders enter into hedging contracts to manage the risk of exposure against Ringgit Malaysia denominated borrowings, such hedging contracts may only be performed by licensed domestic banks.

沉香进出口商会联合种植业者 向国际争取放宽沉香固打

（吉隆坡20日讯）马来西亚沉香进出口商会将联合本区其他沉香种植业者，向“华盛顿濒临植物组织”争取放宽沉香生产国目前每年200公斤产量的固打限制，以便沉香可为大马赚取更多外汇。
会长刘胤良说，大马生产的沉香非常受国际市场欢迎，尤其是供西方国家制造高级香水，在国际约200亿令吉的沉香市场中，大马占20%至30%，是日益重要的“造金者”。
他希望明年将成立“亚洲种植沉香协会”，以期联合大家的力量，向上述国际组织争取放宽限制，200公斤沉香应当只限于野生沉香，而人工栽种的沉香则不应有所限制。
刘胤良今天岀席该会沉香研讨会系统暨2015年度理事就职典礼后，向报界发表谈话；岀席者包括监誓人李新财、副会长邓志锂、秘书吕伟耀、副秘书周冠桦、财政徐莉雯、理事拿汀维雅妮、陈玉聪等。
制订辨别标准
刘胤良说，该会将先寻求大马森林研究院等政府机构的协助，以便为辨别野生沉香及人工栽种沉香制订一项科学化的标准，而不再如目前般采用嗅觉的传统方式。
“就是因为没有一套被认可的科学方法，以致国际组织限制的200公斤年产量，并没有野生及人工栽种之分。”
大马沉香品质世界一流
刘胤良说，大马正蓄势待发，以便不断增加沉香产量，可惜却因受有关固打限制而难以发挥，因此，若能成功争取放宽甚至取消固打，大马沉香将如油棕等农产品那般，成为赚取外汇的重要来源。
他鼓励小园主及农民在种植香蕉及生姜等农作物时兼种沉香，以便7年后有收成时取得更高的回酬。
据他说，目前大马生产的沉香主要由挂牌公司等大集团种植，中小型农户的贡献仍占很小的比率。
“大马人是从2006年开始较大规模地种植沉香，目前造香的技术也不断成熟了。”
他说，大马的沉香品质是世界一流的，主要是因为大马拥有最佳的土壤与气候的种植优势、无天灾的地理优势，以及适合种植目前市场需求的品种等多项优势。
中泰缅柬斐野生沉香采光
刘胤良说，目前拥有野生沉香的国家只剩下大马及印尼，其他国家如中国、泰国、缅甸、柬埔寨及斐济的野生沉香已被采光。
谈到该会的计划，他表示准备今年为国内同业举办论坛等系列活动，让同业们共享知识并共创商机。
而明年则计划召开国际沉香研讨会，扩大各国同业合作，并保护本地种植业者的利益。 |

销售通讯产品上述三方成立Serial Netcom联营公司，在柬埔寨为Smart Axiata公司以及其他电讯业者，销售SIM卡以及充值卡（Top-up Card）。
根据协议，COMPUGT公司出资3万美元（约12万令吉），并持有该联营公司的30%股权，而H&T公司持有60%股权，剩余皆由陈德启持有。

Compugates控股 聯營發展15億計劃

（吉隆坡19日訊）Compugates控股（COMPUGT，5037，主要板貿服）子公司聯營發展雪邦面積15萬4990平方尺土地，預計是項綜合發展項目發展總值將高達15億令吉。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司Compugates發展及礦業公司本月18日與Main Uptown私人有限公司簽署聯營協議，發展位于雪邦土地。
文告指出，有意在該土地打造為涵蓋服務式公寓、小型辦公室等各種設施的綜合發展項目，現有土地價格為1億令吉。
“若無意外，該項計劃所有階段的發展總值將不少過10億令吉，不過公司放眼提高至15億令吉，回酬至少2億 2000萬令吉，或可高達3億3000萬令吉。”

COMPUGT 抵消亏损 建议削减面值至2仙

（吉隆坡22日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）建议，将每股面值10仙的股票，削减8仙，至每股2仙。
根据文告，削减面值会让公司获得1亿7074万3121令吉的金额，用来抵消累计亏损。
完成削减面值后，COMPUGT的缴足股本将减至4268万5780令吉，即21亿3428万9020股、每股面值2仙的股票。
董事部表示，削减面值除了能抵消累计亏损，也能更有效地反映目前的财务状况。
截至9月30日，该公司与集团的未审计累计亏损，分别达1亿6815万和1亿2981万令吉。
减少累计亏损后，料能让COMPUGT巩固与银行、客户、供应商、投资者和其他股东之间的信誉。

涉足巴布亚新几内亚 COMPUGT进军伐木业

根据文告，独资子公司Compugates霹雳私人有限公司，昨日和Marrienberg Hills资源发展有限公司，签署了解备忘录，以受聘在巴布亚新几内亚东塞皮克省面积达2万6000公顷的土地进行伐木。
根据备忘录，Compugates霹雳将有6个月的独家邀约期限，而伐木和营销合约则是5年可更新条件。

MHRD invites CPSB at its earliest convenience to enter the said land to carry out such evaluation and assessments as it considers necessary to assist in its final decision whether to enter into a binding commercial enterprise with MHRD or not (“the Project”).
3.Salient Terms of MOU MHRD maintain its invitation to CPSB exclusively for a period of six (6) months and will not invite any other person or entity for that purpose. The logging and marketing contract be for a term of five (5) years renewable.
4.Financial Effects The financial effects of the MOU can only be determined upon the finalisation and execution of a binding commercial enterprise with MHRD. A detailed announcement will be made thereafter.
5.Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ Interest None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of CHB or person(s) connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the MOU.
6.Statement of the Directors The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the MOU is in the best interest of the Company.
7. Approval Required The MOU does not require approval of the Company’s shareholders and/or any regulatory authorities.
8. The Board of Directors wish to inform that the wholly-owned subsidiary, CPSB was awarded a Letter of Offer by MHRD. CPSB was invited at its earliest convenience to enter the whole land described as Portion 146C, Milinch Marrienberg, Fourmil Angoram, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea (“the said land”) covering 26,000 hectares (approximately 64,247 acres) forested land to carry out such evaluation and assessments as CPSB considers necessary to assist in its final decision whether to enter into a binding commercial enterprise with MHRD or not.
MHRD maintain its offer to CPSB exclusively for a period of six (6) months and will not invite any other person or entity for that purpose. Upon written confirmation by CPSB accepting to enter into a binding commercial enterprise with MHRD during the six (6) months period which has been agreed upon by both MHRD and CPSB, an Agreement shall be executed within fourteen (14) working days by both parties from the date of receipt of the relevant documents required for the drafting of the Agreement.
An announcement will be made should there be any further development.

LSHL is incorporated in Papua New Guinea is the landowner company entitled to the customary ownership and interests held by its shareholders over the whole of the land described as Lower Sepik Forest Area within the Angoram District, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea (“the said land”) comprises of about 70,000 hectares (approximately 172,973 acres) of forested land. LSHL invites CPSB at its earliest convenience to enter the said land to carry out such evaluation and assessments as it considers necessary to assist in its final decision whether to enter into a binding commercial enterprise with LSHL or not (“the Project”).
3. Salient Terms of MOU LSHL maintain its invitation to CPSB exclusively for a period of six (6) months and will not invite any other person or entity for that purpose. The logging and marketing contract be for a term of five (5) years renewable.
4.Financial Effects The financial effects of the MOU can only be determined upon the finalisation and execution of the binding commercial enterprise with LSHL. A detailed announcement will be made thereafter.
5.Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ Interest None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of CHB or person(s) connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the MOU.
6.Statement of the Directors The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the MOU is in the best interest of the Company.
7. Approval Required The MOU does not require approval of the Company’s shareholders and/or any regulatory authorities.
8. COMPUGT取消優先股集資

（吉隆坡11日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT,5037,主板貿服組）決定取消優先股集資計劃根據文告，該公司表示，基於市況欠佳，因此放棄優先股和憑單計劃，連帶原本建議提高註冊資本和修改公司章程的計劃也告取消。
COMPUGT控股是在去年3月建議以7配1送1憑單比例，配售可贖回優先股，預料最少籌得2千萬令吉，用以還債及充作營運資本。（星洲日報‧財經）
