林木生集團5配2售憑單 -14th Dec 2007

（吉隆坡13日訊）林木生集團（LBS，5789，主板產業股）建議以5配2比例，發售1億7503萬7156張憑單。以每股0.15仙的參考價來計算，上述計劃料籌得2207萬至2525萬6000令吉資金。 另一方面，林木生集團與上海交通大學達成共識，同意終止有關廢水處理與使用生物科技，減少氨水方面的諒解備忘錄。

（吉隆坡訊）林木生集團（LBS，5789）宣佈脫售位於峇株巴轄的混合型產業發展計劃─ Putera Indar城鎮的22單位建竣產業予Bebas Bakti私人有限公司，從中籌資392萬1125令吉。
有關產業包括20單位的雙層店屋辦公樓，以及2單位的3層店。

林木生集团发展珠海50亿产业 ● 2008/03/20 13:11:21

（吉隆坡19日讯）林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板产业股）立志今年杪在中国珠海推出新产业，并预计该总值50亿令吉的计划会在2009年开始做出盈利贡献。该公司董事经理拿督林福山指出，该珠海新产业目前仍在计划的阶段，而整个计划预计8年内竣工。他透露，上述珠海发展计划拥有良好的潜能，更能为公司带来盈利贡献，因为：

（一）中国政府将兴建一座桥，连接香港、澳门和珠海。
（二）中国政府将设立轻快铁，连接广州机场至珠海，而其中一站就座落该公司珠海产业计划的范围内。
（三）澳门的正面影响。

尽管无深入透露详情，但林福山表示，这计划会是项高档产业。他是今日在出席该公司的股东特别大会后，发表上述谈话。林木生集团目前已在珠海经营一个高尔夫球场，如今更积极发展一个国际赛车场。
他说：“该高尔夫球场在2007年共取得5千400万人民币（约2千413万令吉）的营业额，以及1千万人民币（约447万令吉）的税后盈利，我们预计它今年会有更好的表现。”
