飞机故障,被逼下机在普吉多留一夜,要怎样向go insurance索赔?

那天在PHUKET上了AK877(16:05)整个小时飞机也不起飞,然后机师宣布飞机engine 1 故障,要全机人下机.
回离境厅等了三个多小时,就派每人一个三文治和一支水.
在等多四个小时收了我们的护照,然后安排我们到一间很旧的酒店休息.(大概晚上12点)
隔天早上八点又载我们回机场等到12.15上机回航.
我有跟亚航买goinsurance, 现在要怎样claim? |

我打去亚航了,他说这是保险公司的事,叫我打去AIG,我打去AIG,他说要我们自己去AIRASIA拿资料。。。
这就是马来西亚的服务文化!!!! |

那间酒店给人的感觉怪怪的,像有鬼似的!
而且连最基本的热水供应也没有,进到去已经很晚了。。。
连煮碗杯面的水都没有,外面那条街的商店也关的七七八八了。。。。
我想那晚最幸运的是在外面那条街边卖面的小贩吧。。。

我也觉得那间酒店好像有鬼那样,好端端的房间弄到四五个橱柜,灯又暗暗的,还放3本圣经。。。 | 我冲凉出去外面的档口也关了。。结果我买杯面上去跟服务台拿热水。 |

我觉得航空公司不可能会给顾客好的酒店。。因为太多顾客了啊!!!当然是省省给德拉。。。 |

据我所知,飞机延飞超过7-8小时(视个别保险公司而定)
就合格可以向保险公司索赔,不过第一样最重要的事情是
跟航空公司或机场柜台员工(不会就问 customer service counter)
要求给你一张证明书,这张纸就是关键让你有机会赔偿损失的东西!!
假如真的忘记拿或根本不知道要拿,就快快去跟Air Asia /Airport counter request吧,
不过机会就渺茫了... |

对,AIG一开始也跟我要这些东西,后来我告诉他说护照的离境盖章是4号的,登机证也是4号的,但确实上机却是5号.结果他说我们只要写一封信说明这个情形,然后填写CLAIM FORM,附上登机证就行了.他说他们会跟亚航确认.他说大概要等一个月才知道结果.
到时候我会给大家知道最新消息,让大家做个参考. |

我在3月6号那天上AIRASIA的网站PRINT了CLAIM FORM出来,然后自己用白纸写下飞机延误的详情,连同订机票那张CONFIRMATION一起FAX去AIG的CLAIM DEPT。
昨天(3月18日),我已经收到AIG的赔偿。每人RM450。是寄支票给我们的。 |

CLAIM FORM 很简单的,填写个人资料后,就在FLIGHT DELAY那个栏目那里写共延误多少个小时.需要的文件包括:1,CLAIM FORM
2, BOOKING CONFIRMATION LETTER
3,FLIGHT DELAY 的证明书,没有的话自己写也可以,他们会跟亚航VERIFIED的
4,BOARDING PASS ( 不过我没有交上去也一样CLAIM到了)

请问如果用Credit card买Airasia ticket, 可以向Creditcard公司索赔吗? |

上次要从Langkawi 回来KL 时,Air asia 也是延迟5个小时,还以为有买 go insurance 就能赔偿,哪里知道要超过6个小时才能索赔,下次不要考虑买了!!!:@ |
