如何帮孩子转校

妈妈们。。你们知道如何帮孩子转校吗？
需要做什么手续之类的东西。。
我是住在puchong的，可是孩子被派去pj的小学。。。
是蛮远的。。。所以想把他转回来puchong。。
妈妈们。。。可以教教我吗？

拿以下文件photostated and the original copy for reference.
(a) IC of parents (both sides)
(b) electrical/water bill for new address or S&P
(c) marriage certificate
(d) envelope with stamps (to be send back by Education Dept)

然后去school拿transfer form 交给headmaster.
或者直接交给Jabatan Pendidikan Daerah near the school
