Guarantor Bankruptcy

事情是这样的，我老爸被人骗了，当了人家的担保人，要被告破产了
有四个主角。。。
A（坏人），
B（车主），
C（1号担保人，和
D （2号担保人，我老爸）
2005年时，A怂恿B买一辆车RM60K左右，因为没有给头期，所以要两个Guarantor，C and D。但B买了车后，A把车骗到手，然后悄悄把车子贱买（RM6K) 到Kuala Terengganu。现在车子应该被切割了。。。
当时B知道被骗后却没有第一时间报警，因为A是警察的undercover。
这单买车生意也是为inspector踏路的。
B没有胆报警，但有去找什么州议员，张天赐帮忙，但也没有用。
B，C应该也不会还钱的，要不然我老爸也不会被sue啦，是不是？
今天来了一封律师信，我也不是很懂。。。
"High Court of Malaya at Penang Bankruptcy.....
We refer to the above matter whereby the Court has made an Order of Adjudication and a Receiving Order against you on 26-08-2009 vide our client Creditor's Petition dated 12-03-2009.
We enclose herewith a sealed copy of the said Adjudication Order and the said Receiving Order both dated 26-08-2009 by way of service on you.
Kindly take note that you are required immediately after the service of these orders upon you to attend the Office of the Director of General of Insolvency at Aras 9, Bangunan Persekutuan, Pulau Pinang, Jalan Anson, 10400 Penang.
为什么要我老爸去那边？他们想干嘛？一定要去吗？
这件事情也是我读书回来后听老爸讲的。我觉得老爸给人骗了，很可怜。。。
无端端被sue Bankrupt。。。这根本是欺骗案件
各位律师们，有办法帮帮我老爸吗？
