如题：我有一位朋友。。他想寻求各位的专业意见。。帮帮忙！感激不尽。。谢谢！
他的父亲刚过世了！他父亲生前将遗属交给他们其中一位兄弟去办。。
然后那位兄弟只是跟其他兄弟拿了身份证去复印而已。。而且也没叫他们去签名。。
请问酱的遗属会有效吗？？

但是那位拿去办遗属的兄弟却说他已经将所有的东西交给律师去办了。。
办了差不多半年多了。。什么消息都没有。。
其他兄弟好像都在傻傻的等罢了。。也没叫他们去签名。。酱做有问题吗？

可能在向高庭申請著 probate, 也可能放在 file 里面.
去追一下也是好的.
