（吉隆坡26日讯）EA控股(EAH，0154，创业板)发文告指出，该公司与4名买家签署初步协议（HOA），通过发售新股，以暂定1938万令吉收购DDSB（大马）有限公司51万股或相等于51%股权。

该文告指出，EA控股将会以每股0.40令吉发售新股支付收购。同时，亦表示，会在与卖方执行正式的买卖协议，才公布其收购案的详情。
DDSB（大马）有限公司是一家涉及资讯科技、咨询服务和软件发展业务。这项收购案将扩展EA控股的收入来源，以进一步为其现有的业务增值。同时，估计这将会为该公司未来营运带来正面的贡献，以及长期提高股东价值。

EA控股 獲稅收局664萬合約

（吉隆坡1日訊）EA控股（EAH，0154，創業板科技股）宣佈與內陸稅收局（LHDN）簽署總值664萬3352令吉的工程合約。

該公司發出文告，EA控股將為內陸稅收局的新數據中心供應相關器材，並提供拆卸、包裝、運輸、重新安裝及測試服務。　根據該公司文告，上述合約從今年10月3日起生效，直至2014年11月11日，為期3年。

EA控股預料，該項合約將為公司未來3個財年內帶來顯著盈利貢獻。

此外，上述工程也料為EA控股淨資產有正面影響。

EA控股2派1紅股

（吉隆坡8日訊）為了回饋股東，EA控股（EAH，0154，創業板科技股）計劃派送紅股，每持有2股可獲配送1紅股。

該公司發佈文告指出，計劃以2配1的方式，派送1億4047萬5750股紅股，過戶日有待定奪。

該公司說，發送紅股一事需獲得股東在特別大會通過，然后再獲得馬證交所的同意才知曉紅股上市日。

“經過多番考量后，董事局認為派送紅股最能回饋股東，同時增強公司股本。”

EA控股總執行長莫哈末索比禮指出，配送紅股反映公司穩健成長和健康負債表，因而能專注回饋股東。[ChinaPress]

在我以19.5仙買進EA控股（EAH，0154，創業板科技組）後，該股就一直滑落，目前介於15仙至16仙。我應該繼續持有或賣掉？

答：
基本上EA控股上市兩年以來都沒有太多企業活動，去年杪曾以以2送1比例派發紅股，且獲頒一些合約，包括大馬內陸稅收局頒發總值664萬3千令吉資訊工程合約。

該公司業績表現不俗，截至3月31日，首季淨利上升21.45%至208萬4千令吉，歸功於資訊科技服務及無線射頻識別系統（FRID）業務取得成長，而去年全年則大起98.44%至802萬1千令吉。

不過，EA控股股價上市不久後就開始回落，至今年初跌破20仙關口，最近更創下15仙歷史新低，惟相信已觸底，而且以估值計，該股本益比相當低，約為3.4倍。

值得注意的是，去年該公司成功入圍《福布斯》亞洲營業額10億美元以下的最佳200大中小企業之一，顯示其前景仍受看好。

EA控股表示，未來將持續加強銀行業解決方案業務，並擴大資料與分析管理系統業務；以市場計，則會先專注在區域國家，包括東南亞及中國。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

（吉隆坡8日訊）EA控股（EAH，0154，創業板科技股）發行1億2000萬股新股，融資收購DDSB私人有限公司35%股權。

該公司向馬證交所報備，將向彼得及賽沙惹乍購買持有DDSB股權35%或相等于87萬5000股，每股面值1令吉，總值1800萬令吉。

EA控股將發行1億2000萬新股，每股發售價15仙，作為收購上述股權的代價。

該公司亦建議擴大繳足股本，從5億股增加至10億股，以從5000萬令吉增至1億令吉。[ChinaPress]

公司还很新。。。但发展得不错。。。PE 低。。 NTA也还好。。。可以留意的。。
