我刚刚在网上买了一台dxxl的LED。。我是星期一在网上订购。之后星期4就到我手上了哦。。一拿到很开心的说。。这样快就寄到我手上了。。。谁知道一开机就白影。。之后就打电话给dell的service部门。我打过去的时候已经是六点多了。。就没人接我电话。只好等到星期5早上在打。星期5的一早。。我就快点打电话过去了。。接通了之后叫我test了几样东西。。答案还是白影。之后他就说会send多一台新个LED给我。我只好又等了哦。。等啊等啊。。。等了星期1我又在打电话过了。他和我说今天会send给我。。加上隔天是Public holiday。我就让他们休息一天哦。。到了星期3,又打电话过去了。。他啊。。说LED已经send出来了。。今天6点之前会拿到的。。如果没有隔天早上一定会拿到。。我也又等啊等。。等到花儿也谢了。。从早上等到12点多了。。我的电话都没响过。。我已经忍不住了。又打多一次电话过去。。现在他和我说 server down..要我的job order才能check到我买什么东西哦。。我就回家拿我的invoice来。。再打多一次电话过去。。他说malaysia没有货。。要从新加坡那里拿过来。。现在那个送货的在kastam那里。只是在等kastam那里弄好了就可以到我手上。。我就很生气的叫他帮我check 清楚几点会到我手上罢了。。之后在call回给我。。。多了1个小时。。他真的打电话来了。。。我以为今天会拿到我的LED了。。原来不是。。。又说连新加坡都没有货。。要从澳洲那里寄过来哦。。可能要等多1-2星期哦。现在我才是火来了。。也讲也远。。新加坡没有。。说到澳洲。。我直接说不如你说美国更好啊,那里更远。一个LED要等这样久的啊。。我真的很衰。。要等这样久还没的用~!! |

过后你在打过去问他们会说。。。DXXL 工厂严重缺乏制造LED的材料,需要等到材料到了才能给你 |

"pui" 我也是听我朋友说它service超好的。。。加上公司又是用dell的product所以才online 订购的。。现在我知道它的service真的"超“好的哦。。 |

坦白讲,看到dell酱说,很有条理(好像连续剧),不过就是一个大话来盖另一个大话。。。 |

他昨天說今天會拿一台2手的led給我用着先。。。可是到現在都沒收到什麼電話。。。我就等到下午5點才在打。。到時候看他們怎麼說了啊。。。 |

一台laptop不到一年就这样多问题
每次打去都叫我test这个test那个
不然就是叫我format
我都format超过3次了!
以为我很得空
花钱买laptop来受罪
我以前的lenovo买了这样就什么问题都没有
如果不是妹妹要上大学
我也不会给她我的lenovo换了dell!
Description of problem.
I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I bought in DELL on August 2010. Although the Studio XPS Laptop 1340 attracted me with its adorable outlook, it has not been a reliable and well-functioning machine.
The first problem that I discovered on my laptop is the problem from the webcam and wifi. As soon as I made my complaint on this, I got the LCD and network card changed. However, it doesn’t solve my problem at all. The webcam was still not functioning and caused me another more serious problem, which the LCD was totally not functioning with nothing appears on the screen. With this, I changed another 2 times of the LCD and 1 time of my motherboard until I can get these problems solved!! Within this period, I got another problem from the DVD-ROM and I got another replacement on this. However, the problem of wifi was still never being solved until today. From the last complain I made, the wifi module still often not functioning and I got another replacement in the proximity button and network card. I could not remember how many parts that had been replaced on my laptop and I felt that it is almost substituted the whole laptop. I think you can trace all the complaints that I had made on this from your record.
Now, again, the wifi appears the same problem, which I often couldn’t detect any wifi signal around me. Furthermore, the proximity button is often not working and I have to restart the laptop again and again until it can be used!! I am almost giving up in calling and getting the replacement from DELL again and again, but never get the problem solved. It causing me a lot of problems during I conduct my work using the laptop and wasting a lot of my time for making calls to issue about those annoying problems on this laptop. I could not imagine what will happen if my warranty ended?
I always give good recommendations on DELL products to my family and friends. I have my Dell Mini and Latitude, but they doesnt cause me the problem like this. After this experience, I feel deceived on this faulty product. I understand DELL has been a highly reputation company in producing amazing computers and laptops, but I have to say that this product is totally failed. I would like to get your quick response on this issue and I hope a full refund of the payment I already made if you unable to settle this. As a loyal DELL customer, I am pleased to use your products but not for this Studio XPS Laptop 1340. |

哇。。。。原來你也是這樣子。。
你起碼還有用一整子。。我啊。。完全的沒的用~!!
我這幾天我都一直打。。昨天更慘。。我下午2點多打到快要四點才有人來回答我的問題。。
我就問回他。。幾時那個2手的才會到啊。。他 就說他們沒這樣的service咯。。說我是ugrent 要led才會做這樣的service給我的啊。。(下次你們也是可以這樣子做)我就說你們答應過借我一台2手用着先。。可是到現在都沒什麼電話打來。。現在要我怎麼辦。。我問他。。他反而問回我。。要怎麼我才能解決啊。。這個問題太好笑了。。又說要退回錢給我哦。。還想要拜六看他們的service能不能拿一台給我。。這個我不用想都知道答案了。。你們休息還會想幫那些顧客做工啊?之後再打電話給我說。他們最後拜一才拿一台2手的給我用用下。。。還有告訴我新個那個可能要拜2-3才會到。。我就問肯定是拜2-3到嗎?該不會又要等多1-2星期吧。。他就回答說大概拜2-3到的。。這樣子我就算了啊。。。我朋友都說我聽到女生就會心軟點了哦。。哈哈 |

据说dell已经没有自己装电脑了,都是外包的。省得钱来却失去品质,真的不值得
题外话:
那个“XPS”其实是暗藏玄机的,试试到反过来看像什么?

可是我用了三架Dell的电脑,觉得很好喔,之前坏了,service都很不错。
我的adapter是从新加坡寄过来的,因为款式旧了,没有货。还免费delivery哦。
另外一次screen整个没有掉,技术人员上门帮我修理。
都没有什么大问题。
可能我比较幸运 。还是现在的Dell,已经不如从前了? |
