是不是通常Interview IT position 都需要做一些 test assessment?

小弟剛畢業，去了幾家interview，都需要做test，好難啊，畢竟大學學的並不多.........

先去Jobstreet.com.my 找些 internship IT support 的工作学习几个月后再去找工作。

我的是，他给我一个问题，然后要看我解决方案。
一般我会准备两个答案，如果这个不能，就用第二的方法，然后告诉所有原因，正面与负面。。
想尽办法让他无言~
最后记得说: Planning and Action always come out with different story, We can't expect what will happen on the machine, the better solution always is hand on. Some technical problem always caused with un-reasonable root caused, maybe we can blame Bill Gates, because he brilliant to make money, also brilliant to make bugs !
（最后一句如果你有信心才讲，不然会被shoot到很够力！）
