I have a very huge confession to make and I think i have made a mistake in the approach i handle things. I wish i would have used a different method to handle it if i can have another chance to handle this case. Now I do not have any options other than to confess here and hope the other victims will come out and expose the truth.

One of my academic advisee came and see me for some complaintand told me it is something very personal. She told me is about her RMP supervisor. Everytime during discussion with her supervisor, her supervisor will keep their group stay very late sometimes until 8pm. All their group members are female and he will ask the students to help him do massage, have some body contact with the students(not the private parts), touching hands, face, shoulder and waist. The student complaint to me that she feel very uncomfortable with the way her supervisor treat them but she dare not voice out because the supervisor will give them marks in their final project. They also complaint, their supervisor also ask them to feed them french fries and hotdog in his room also. The girls are aware of other group members which have the same treatment but they also dare not voice out.

Initially, I do not believe my supervisee story as i have faith in my colleague. However, she brought her group of friends and all of them told me the same thing. There was also students from other RMP groups under the same supervisor who came and see me telling the same thing.

Once I hear this story, i deem it as a sexual harassment in the workplace. However, i have decided not to talk to my HOD as I want to give my colleague a chance. I went to his room and see him. However, he is busy during that time. He told me that he will come to my room and see me later. So i went back to my room. 30 minutes later, my colleague came to my room. I try to ask if he has any problem in his RMP supervision and whether he has anything to confess to me. He did not mention a thing and I started to talk about the story that the student told me that he is sexually harassing female students whether this is true. He deny this straightaway and say this is all rumours from the students. Suddenly he catch my hand(I put my hand on the table) and pleaded me not to tell anyone and promise me that he will not repeat this mistake again.

I was so shocked and took my hands off the table. Then he suddenly lock the door of my room and walk beside me and hold my hands and pleaded me to forgive him. Then he started to touch my shoulders, neck and body. I was so shocked that i do not know how to react and i allow him to go on. That time was around 6.30pm and most of the staff in the office already go back. Then, he started to became more brave and touch my private parts. i started to enjoy when he touch me because there is a long time where i did not have sex with my boyfriend. I feel so high at the same time also very ashamed at how i feel. Then, he tried to took my clothes off and suddenly I realise this needs to stop and i shouted at him. He was shocked and left my room straight away leaving me behind. All this happens so quickly that i do not know how to response.

I am so guilty of myself that i allow him to touch my private parts in the office and the failure of myself to defend my advisee. I felt that i have failed my students and also i cannot bring this issue up to my HOD since i am also a guilty party. What i want to do here is to call all students that has been sexually harrass by this lecturer to stand up and expose him so that there will not be anymore victims anymore.

As for me, I am now planning to resign from the university. I hope all will come to an end. I am sorry.

I am the advisee of the miss that confess here. I call miss and spoke to her yesterday night and cry and cry. I never know i bring so many trouble to her. she are my best miss to me.

I thinks this are all my problem. Because when i go and see my miss. i tell her she must promise to keep this as a secret between us. and she kept the promise and say will not tell anyone include HOD. But after she hears our story she keep on encouraging us to report to HOD but we refuse because we scare our mark will be deducted in the final project and cannot graduated. so we keep it himself. What we dunno is that our miss go and see the ham sap lou herself and now she is also a victim. Miss have already contribute too many to us. I am so sad and painful that she has to progress through all these.

For all the people that comment here. Please do not simply say bad things about miss before you know the truth. It is not her problem, is the utar problem because there is no policy for this one. Actually after our FYP finish we got go see HOD and tell about this story but the stupid HOD say we have no proof. It is utar policy that you must have a witness and also a proof. I say my friend in the room are witness but they say is victim cannot be witness. and how is you suppose to get a proof? You want us to take video inside? you think he is stupid still will do this thing if we take video? The truth is students are never protected here. when we go see male lecturers, it in between we and him inside the room. they also cover the door with black paper so we cannot see inside. what happen in the room is nobody will know. if we complain who will believe us. they believe lecturer and say this is fake. this is how utar do these things.

i also want to say please dont check who is miss. she already got a lot of shit and trouble. please give her go. actually i feel so regretted because i go and see her and put her in this position. but i dunno who to go because now i dare not go to male lecturer room. that is why i only can talk to miss. i love you miss and i am sorry. i hope you can forgive me.

and also to the ham sap lou, one day the sky will keep you. you think you do things nobody know? sky know, i know, you know. for all his RMP group the students, i hope you can come out and tell us the truth what happen inside the room so that can at least scare him.

also for the VP that also got comment here, you think you really can kautim all this? because utar policy never change you cannot do anything also. unless you really got power change utar policy then only you talk here. if not all also useless. you say this is fake but i tell you almost all students here know who is that guy. i can give you one hint, he not teaching accounting. if you really serious can go investigate. very easy to find this guy.

for all female students i can give one advise, if want find supervisor, find female one. will be very safe. never risk yourselfs and get a nightmare.

but the university should have a control on the quality of its staff too wat...

帮人没错可是也要保护到自己啊，这句话弄到性骚扰这个用词很没有说服力，当然如果事件是真的也希望那个staff也被绳之以法，祝你们好运了
