u need to have appropriate intake, workout session, supplement so that you can only gain weight...for example, if u are taking any supplement, make sure u taking in this way, for weight gainer, u had to take 2 scopes each time, and 3 times a day, once you waking up, post workout and before you off to bed. You could take some foods which contains high carbs, low fat because u need to gain weight rather than gain fat. |
