We refer to the announcement dated 19 November 2013 and the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") via its facsimile dated 21 November 2013 in relation to the above-mentioned subject. Nova MSC Berhad (the "Group") wishes to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Securities pursuant to the above-mentioned subject:- 1. The date on which the Contract was awarded The Contracts were received by the Group on 18 November 2013, and was signed and accepted by the Group on 19 November 2013. 2. Whether the Contract is renewable. If so, for how many years. The Contracts are not renewable. 3. The Risks in relation to the Contract. The Contracts are subjected to the following risks:- Project Risk The Contracts are entered on a project basis. Due to the complexity of the Contracts, the Group may face the following factors:- Delay or cancellation of Contract. Client may delay or cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays may arise from incomplete specifications or unanticipated difficulties in developing the solutions. Project delays will affect profit margins and additional cost may be also incurred as a result. Failure to implement the Contract that fully satisfied the requirements and expectation of the Client. This may leads to claims being made against the Group, adversely affecting profits and reputation. Invoices issued may face difficulties in collecting or becoming bad debts. Additional cost such as debt recovery fee and other related cost may be incurred and in the event that the debt becomes bad, it adversely affects profits Foreign Exchange Risk We are also subjected to foreign exchange risk. Our sale is denominated in Saudi Arabia Riyal while our costs are mainly denominated in Singapore Dollars and Ringgit Malaysia. As we currently do not have a policy for the using derivative instruments for hedging purposes, we may be exposed to fluctuation in foreign exchange rate. This may affect our profitability. Country Risk We are also dependent on the political, economic, regulatory and social condition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any changes in policies implemented , exchange controls and changes in duties and taxation or general changes in the economic and social environment that are detrimental to our business may materially and adversely affect our performance and financial result thereof. The Group had already taken certain steps to mitigate such exposures including (1) having a pool of experienced staff, (2) conducted detailed studies of the complexity and specification of the project needs, (3) engaged a professional firm in Saudi Arabia to advise on the tax regime in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 榮騰科技子公司 獲新加坡法援局2450萬合約

（吉隆坡16日訊）榮騰科技（NOVAMSC，0026，創業板科技股）宣佈，子公司獲得新加坡的律師制度及法律援助局頒發總值約2450萬令吉的合約。

榮騰科技今日向馬證交所報備，子公司novaCITYNETS獲得新加坡的律師制度及法律援助局的競標合約，為該局的案件管理系統進行設計、開發、供應、交付、安置、測試、培訓、遷移和通訊等全面營運工作。

根據報備文件，該合約總值2450萬令吉，包括620萬令吉的強制性資本項目、350萬令吉用于可選擇性項目，及1480萬令吉為超過5年的維修費用。

榮騰科技預計該合約可為公司作出積極貢獻，公司主要股東和董事並沒從該合約中直接或間接獲得任何個人利益。【中国报财经】

The Board of Directors of Nova MSC  Berhad is pleased to announce today that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd ("NCN") has won the tender bid from the Legal Aid Bureau of Ministry of Law in Singapore ("LAB") to design, develop, supply, deliver, install, test, train, migrate and commission a fully operational LAB's CASE Management system with option for maintenance ("Contract"). The contract price for the total awarded items is approximately RM24.5 million (approximately S$9.6 million) consisting of a firm award of RM6.2 million for mandatory capital items, RM3.5 million for optional capital items and RM14.8 million for maintenance over 5 years subject to annual renewal. NCN expects to deliver the mandatory capital items to LAB over a period of 2 years with 1 year of system warranty. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the result of the Group over the period. 榮騰科技寫7年新高

（吉隆坡31日訊）榮騰科技（NOVAMSC,0026,創業板科技組）在週三受到市場強烈的買盤扶持，盤中一度揚升7.4%，創下近7年來的新高紀錄。

榮騰科技週三早盤走勢波動，以13.5仙開盤後便急升7.4%至14.5仙的高點，惟隨即回調至最低13仙。該股隨後數度試探再創高點，但都無功而返，最終回吐漲幅閉市報13.5仙，全天無起落。

該股全天成交量達2千653萬9千800股，其中早盤期間交投相當頻密。據一名交易商指出，榮騰科技熾熱的交投主要來自於投資者的投機性買盤，並不排除會進一步吸引更多的投機行為。

榮騰科技股價自7月初以來展開漲勢，至本週三為止近一個月的漲幅高達68.75%。無論如何，該公司向英文財經報《The Edge》表示，對該股股價升高的原因不知情。

值得注意的是，榮騰科技在上個月宣佈旗下子公司——novaCITYNETS私人有限公司獲得新加坡法律援助局頒發一項總值2千450萬令吉的合約。

（吉隆坡26日讯）荣腾科技（NOVAMSC，0026，创业板）献议，私下配售9881万6280股或不超过20%股本，以筹集最高1136万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，私下配售股的发售价格，将等于定价日前5日加权均价的最高10%折价。

参照8月21日每股12.58仙闭市价，5日加权均价的8.59%折价，等于每股11.5仙。

以上述参照价计算，整个计划将至少筹集929万令吉，最高达1136万4000令吉，作为营运资本和私下配售活动开销。

配合这些企业活动，荣腾科技也建议扩大缴足资本，从5000万令吉，扩大至1亿令吉。【南洋网财经】
