時間匆匆而逝,回首看自己10年前寫的瘦身日記。心中感觸良多。
體重在這10里變化很大,尤其時08年后開始復胖,因爲減少運動和健康意識不強,回復到了74KG甚至77KG。
結婚后,有了家庭生活和學業,因爲不良飲食習慣和缺乏運動,健康情況越來越惡化。甚至血壓也出現高現象。曾經飆到140/110。
今年的體檢,測到膽固醇開始處在Bottom Line。這時我也覺悟之前的堅持不夠和不良習慣開始出現惡果了。
從4月5日,開始重新出發,希望自己能通過瘦身改善自己的健康狀態。

第三目標:64KG,體脂:15, 14/08/2016, 65.2KG;BF 15.7%
最後目標:62KG,體脂:13
一個月時間減了4.2KG。現在身體感覺好多了。這段時間是通過良好飲食習慣(不吃煎炸食物,少肉多蔬果,吃糙米飯,不吃麵包和百米飯)。
目標是62KG和2年内復胖不超過3KG。,是希望有更健康的身體。我會繼續寫這個記錄,希望能堅持下去。
以前在乎體重,現在在乎是維持健康體重和良好的飲食習慣加上運動。
