男友是 2016年 5月21日去抽到 995sq 385k 2 个carpark 18 楼的单位
2016 年 7月14日 签了 SPA, 贷款 Maybank 100% 4.45%
预计明年5月起好
有谁抽了还没签吗?

loan 也是搞了1个月才批 100%, 签SPA 没有给任何费用
现在等签loan agreement & 给lawyer fee

我的loan有相当大的可能性不会批,只能再看看怎么样了。。

为什么呢? Banker 有给其他建议吗? 之前我的也是有很多问题到最后才能解决
Pr1ma 可以尝试 Rent-To-Own Scheme,前提是loan被reject 了才能申请

Rumah WIP - KL 居民 or 至少 3 年在KL 做工,不能在 KL 拥有任何其他的房产, ballot 前给15k,抽到再给 15k,需要排队等,律师费等这个我不清楚,至少 Pr1ma 是免律师费
申请了 100% 贷款基本只是给比较少的现金就可以签 SPA 了
Rumah Selangorku - 这个怎样和 Alam Damai 地区比呢?Alam Damai 属于KL,在这个地方根本找不着其他相同价格的新项目,Selangorku 的project 有些偏远,价格相对便宜
2nd hand low cost flat - 装潢,律师费,down payment 也需要一笔现金
Alam Damai 935sq 1 个carpark 价格 350k,还贵么?
话说你不是有买到吗?怎么看起来像是放弃了?

路过问下,申请的时候要交齐那些表格吗? 因为我没有EA纸.... |

申请时网站已经列清楚需要提交什么的资料,包括 EA form, income tax 号码等等
你公司没有 EA form 吗? 不过Pr1ma alam damai 申请已经关闭了

u apply for full loan and the interest will be higher.
Rumah WIP u can submit to the DBKL. no need pay 15k one. and RUmah WIP house RM300K.
Pr1ma Alam is so high density. is it worth?

RUMAHWIP 我记得是需要给头期 15k,procedure 换了吗?
100% loan interest 4.45% which i think it's average.
High density indeed true but it's for own stay, that's the reason I said 见仁见智 in first place.
RUMAHWIP 既然不能拿到 Full loan,也不能担保一定可以拿到,刚巧又被 Pr1ma 抽中了,价格是比 300k 贵,不过sq 是比较大。

SPA my bf already signed, need to chase lawyer, we choose the unit on 22th May, bank offer on 1st July and signed SPA on 14th Jul.
