bioprocess engineering 之后能在oil&gas这个领域就职吗

假如是单单bioprocess的话，读的东西好像是fermentation，protein expression之类的东西吧。
Petroleum的应该是偏Chemistry的科吧。

照Wikipedia所说的，和petroleum没关系，最多会关系到的也是bioremediation罢了。
Bioprocess engineering, also biochemical engineering, is a specialization of chemical engineering or Biological engineering, It deals with the design and development of equipment and processes for the manufacturing of products such as agriculture, food, feed, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals, and polymers and paper from biological materials & treatment of waste water. Bioprocess engineering is a conglomerate of mathematics, biology and industrial design,and consists of various spectrums like designing of bioreactors, study of fermentors (mode of operations etc.). It also deals with studying various biotechnological processes used in industries for large scale production of biological product for optimization of yield in the end product and the quality of end product. Bioprocess engineering may include the work of mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers to apply principles of their disciplines to processes based on using living cells or sub component of such cells.[1]

所以bioprocess这个科系是比较偏向于研究的是吗 那在本地会有出路吗

基本上马奶下的话多数做废水处理，或者biofuel/biogas一类的
最有机会找到的工作就是indah water，再不然进环境部

基本上不太鼓励拿这一科
学士本科，能够的话就选马大国大理大博大的生物学，可能biotech biochem genetic/molecular bio 或者microbio (USM的应该叫applied bio 或者pure bio)
这一类的出路比较广，以后要读硕士还比较容易转行
