「親子長青這樣玩」來到了朱銘美術館,
朱銘先生把畢生最大的力氣放在打造一座美術館，
原本就平易近人如隔壁歐吉桑的雕刻家，
終究放下從沒拿起的身段，
跟時間、天候、法規、資金、人事等等和創作本身不必相關的瑣事周旋。
當然，要豐富一座佔地十一甲的藝術空間，創作也從未停歇。
十二年的拖磨，是不是太辛苦？
圓夢，一定要流汗，必然會傷神；因為，這是生活，就是修行！
沒有張揚，靜靜地把屬於過往的全部刻畫下來。
抱著開始的嚴肅，把從前的果實再次種下，
準備結出更豐厚的稻穗和果子。
交織重疊轉動出人和藝術的無限性，
呼應天地的廣大深遠，開鑿不斷成長的－不朽！

朱銘成功帶領東方藝術走向國際，
爾後將國際藝術語彙與精神帶回台灣，
成立朱銘美術館，建館秉持兩大宗旨：
「推廣雕塑藝術」、「推動兒童藝術教育」，
期望以更完整角度呈現雕塑藝術發展，
並培養兒童對藝術的五感體驗，
成立「兒童藝術中心」、「典藏維護部」及「研究部」等專業機構。

5月～10月：10: 00 – 18: 00（17: 00停止售票）
11月～4月：10: 00 – 17: 00（16: 00停止售票）
5月到10月為草坪開放期，歡迎您於其上活動；
11月到4月為草皮保養期，請勿踐踏。
休館日：
每週一休館，逢國定假日則照常開放。

Admission ends 1 hour before the closing time.
2.Museum Hours:
Open Tuesday to Sunday and National Holidays.
Close on Mondays.
The Museum will close 10-20 days every year before Chinese new year.

We are going to Juming Museum.
The museum is Ju Ming’s largest artwork to date. He personally designed the architecture, landscapes, wirings and plumbing. Not only did he purchase the property to build the museum, but he also donated over 2000 pieces of his own works and personal collection to the museum for the public to view. Starting from the ground up, it took Ju Ming 12 years to finish the construction work and he had turned a vacant land into a sculpture park. The museum officially opened in 1999, planting the seeds of art in the soil of Taiwan.
