有个紧急事件想询问大家
我最近买了屋子,在bank要release 钱的时候,再次要求income document,
因为detect到我在这几个月内有court case (可是已经解决,只是system record还未清除)
银行要我拿出65k 做头期,或者joint name,这两项我都无法办到。
我就询问律师如果 cancel loan 是要怎样。
律师告诉我,我需要赔一下数目
In the event you, as the Purchaser/Borrower decide to the terminate the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan with UOB, we shall charged the following charges being our legal fees and disbursements: -
- Sale and Purchase Agreement – RM800.00
- UOB Loan – RM3,895.00
- Deed of Revocation (SPA) – RM800.00
- Deed of Reassignment (UOB – RM899.00 (a copy of the quotation is attached herewith for your reference).
Pursuant to the Clause 7(1)(ii) of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 25/07/2019, the Developer may forfeited the deposit of RM2,000.00.
我已经签了所有SNP 文件,我知道bank 有权利选择再查看我的资料,可是现在他们不批准, 为什么我需要付 UOB bank 和 developer 的 deposit?
变成我自己在承担这件事情?
