Wiyo结束营业了？？？？

我在农历新年的时候book了这个wifi router去大阪使用，到现在已经3个月过去了，我还没有拿回我的deposit，有人遇过这个问题吗？
我在3月的时候有follow up可是他只叫我等，到今天我才看到他们已经结束营业了？？

老千公司来的,你去他facebook看一堆人从去年开始就拿不回deposit了..

而且这东西根本不值200块..卖50都没有人要收..

wiyo refund RM200真的真的很久。
不過看樣子你真的有心理準備拿不回

Due to the Covid-19, most of our customers cancel bookings instantly. Our company is currently facing difficulty on the cash flow.
Management is working out solutions to solve this.
We did not expect such a big impact for the Covid-19 situation. The Tourism market may not resume so quickly, our company may be closed due to this issue. We are apologies for your deposit. We may lose our jobs also.
We will update you if have any news.

可是看了他们fb page留言在病毒之前就有人拿不回deposit了，这样不是造成欺骗消费者了吗? 没有地方可以complaint？
