Subsale房子签Intent to Purchase/ Booking form

广大的 cari forum 网友们，请问大家在签intent to purchase/ booking form/ agreement to purchase的时候，都会加什么条例下去呢？
可否请大家列下供我/未来即将要买subsale房子的人参考参考？
可以的话，请列出英文的条例哦。谢谢各位！

*目前我参考了各网站，只知道需要加:
“14 working days for 90% loan application and 14 working days for the Parties to finalize the terms of the SPA after 90% loan application approved. Earnest Deposit shall be fully refunded immediately/ in xxx working days to the buyer if the Bank rejected the 90% Loan application based on the agreed purchase price between the buyer and seller”.
