（吉隆坡26日讯）UMediC集团获得大马交易所批准在创业板上市，该公司将通过首次公开售股（IPO）发售9722万新股，以集资建厂扩充产能。

UMediC集团的主要业务是研发、生产和销售医疗器材。该公司通过IPO发售的9722万股当中，有1870万股供大马公众认购，另外1309万股分配予合格董事、雇员及对公司有贡献者，剩馀的6544万股则私下配售予特定投资者。

同时，UMediC集团执行董事兼首席执行员林椿雄表示，“随著医疗器材需求逐渐成长，该公司将把握机会强化公司规模。”

他说，IPO集资额将用于建设新工厂，以扩张产能应付逐渐增加的产品需求。

艾芬黄氏投行是UMediC集团的IPO主要顾问、保荐商、配售商和包销商。

（吉隆坡26日讯）医疗器械分销商UMediC集团（UMC，0256，创业板），今日正式上市马股创业板，首日登场获投资者大力追捧，股价一度飙涨近72%。

该股今早首宗交易以每股50仙开盘，比起首次公开募股（IPO）每股32仙的发售价，溢价18仙或56.25%。随后，该股一度攀抵55仙的高峰，涨幅达72%。

周二闭市时，UMediC集团收在44仙，比发售价高溢价12仙或37.5%，交易量高达1亿2348万2200股，是全场最活跃股项。

集团主席拿督黄才荣的替任董事黄振亮，今天在记者会上表示，对于股价表现感到欣喜，“这证明了投资者对集团业务的信心，同时也给管理层继续前进的动力。”

“我们将在未来继续扩大业务，生产更多自制产品，扩大产品种类。”

产品获清真认证

执行董事兼总执行长林椿雄今天也捎来好消息，即集团的医用加湿器（prefilled humidifier）已获得了清真认证和欧洲合格认证。

“我们的产品在穆斯林国家很受欢迎，这是一个巨大商机。”

有关成本高涨问题，黄振亮指出，这是全球性问题，所幸集团从事的行业是与至关紧要的医疗领域，因此可将成本转嫁给客户。

“无论是持续的地缘政治紧张或高通胀压力，当你生病时，你终究需要医疗。”

目前，该集团的产品有出口至30个国家，其中亚太地区占最多，这包括了韩国、泰国、印尼等国家。

今天出席鸣锣仪式的，还有独立非执行董事陈彩碹、刘继襁、李毅潍以及帕基里萨米博士。

首三季业绩亮眼

UMediC集团2022财年累积9个月的净利报585万8000令吉，倘若撇除本次上市费用，则录得705万令吉净利，比上年全年经调整净利561万令吉，高出25.7%。

同时，首三季营业额录得了4332万7000令吉，比上年全年的3411万6000令吉，高出了27%。

其中，84%来自分销业务，而制造业务仅占16%，并有意扩大后者业务至占总营收的50%。

林椿雄透露，与去年相比，今年的订单有强劲的双位数增长。

集团上市所筹得的3111万令吉，11.3%用于扩建新厂，21.9%在吉隆坡和柔佛设新分销办公室，28.9%偿还贷款，27.8%充作营运资本，及10.1%为上市费用。
