Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elridge, and PT Orion APAC Indonesia for the sale and purchase of palm kernel shells. | The Board of Directors of Elridge Energy is pleased to announce that Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elridge, had on 4 September 2024, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Orion APAC Indonesia for the supply of 150,000 metric tons of palm kernel shells annually over a three-year period, beginning in April 2025 and concluding in March 2028 with an option for automatic renewal for an additional three years, subject to renegotiated terms and conditions.
