Responsibilities:
1. Provides expert and creative solutions to user problems (software/hardware). Provide in-house technical helpdesk and desktop support to end users
2. Installs microcomputer hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, ink toner, ink cartridge, mouse, printers and disk drives.
3. Provision, install and set-up new hardware and software
4. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for end-user IT -related problems
5. Identifies and resolves hardware, software and operator problems, makes minor repairs, or refers to service personnel. Liaise with respective hardware/software vendor to solve it.
6. Arrange for pickup and delivery of faulty hardware when repaired off-site
7. 1st level * 2nd level of maintenance and support of the network infrastructure for all the sites.
8. 1st level & 2nd level of maintenance and support of all the servers.
9. Performing routine audits of systems and software.
10. Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
11. Performing backups .
12. Procurement of hardware and software based on established IT guidelines.
13. Maintain and manage IT Inventory list.
14. Sourcing for better vendors in terms of general IT purchases such as printer consumables, mouse, CD/DVD media, etc.
15. Active engagement with 3rd part vendors on for maintaining PBX phone system & copiers machine.
16. Administration and maintenance of IT network infrastructure, Mecwise system.
17. Travelling to office that under komoco group holdings for on-site troubleshooting, installation, maintenance & support
18. Basic and 1st level of support for ERP systems
Requirements:
-Preferably with working experience in Ms Server, VM environment
-Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
-Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software and email.
-Able to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects.
-Team-player & able to work with deadlines.
-Preference given to those who are able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Banquet and event Executive in a Chinese Restaurant

Attend to phone calls and emails on Banquet and event enquires
