Pressed about September, Kaplan said: “you can conclude that I think in the not-too-distant future,” if the data support his thesis that the economy is on an upward trend.

我的英文很差，有問題要問。
條件⑤Account holders under the FSM Rewards Program will be given either the promotional sales charge or the FSM Rewards Program discount, whichever is lower.

按下buy  ...

如果是normal sales charge的話，silver - 折扣 0.25% - 變成 1.75%
gold - 折扣 0.5% - 變成 1.5%
platinum - 折扣 0.75% - 變成 1.25%

可是現在是promotion period 0.57%，所以已經比status的tier charges低了，我們就會選最低的0.57%來算。

這些基金set up方式是feeder fund（target fund是海外的基金公司），所以申請license的時候需要categorised as wholesales funds。

另外，Wholesales funds是給accredited  investors（合格投資者）投資，所以門檻會比較高（但有些只是min RM1,000）。Wholesales fund不代表投資風險比普通基金高，只是另外一個角度來看，如果當一個投資的門檻比較高的基金（min RM20,000），對合格投資者來說可能是他們的小部分資金，但對普通投資者來說可以是一筆可觀的投資數目，所以兩個投資者本身涉及的備用資金風險就有分別了。

所以這些wholesales fund才會限制給合格投資者投資。

0.57% 是給全部基金（除了wholesales fund）

兩者的差別是Reits Plus可以買房地產的股票（property stock）而Reits的不能。我覺得Reits是個不錯的投資基金，較低的波動，一定的收益。雖然說將來環球的利息上升（由美國帶動）會讓reits沒那麼吸引，可是以目前情況來看，還需要等一段長時間亞洲市場的利息才會上升。

不要被短期的動盪影響你的長期投資目標，如果真的掉了就cost average。機會總是在等待中流失。

順便介紹這個加強版的referral program。

除了每一個朋友開了戶口後你可以得到 1% token之外，每第3個和第5個朋友開戶口之後，你也會得到additional的 0.8% 和 0.5% token。

那promotion buy list 最下一句 Silver and Gold status investment account holders will pay lower sales charge. 就解爲【銀及金用戶將付最低的sales charge】而不是【銀及金用戶將獲得更低的sales charge】。

使用lowest 不是比lower 更好嗎？

“In the case of FSM Rewards Program (Silver, Gold, Platinum Status), Referral Token , or website promotions is in place, either one of the discount will be given, whichever is lower. ”

這是說如果有任何的promotion，或者token之類的，我們會用最低的sales charge來transact的意思。

3)卖了基金是否当天可以收到钱转回去自己银行户口？

所有的基金算法都是一樣的。
淨價（NAV） x  單位 （Position）
eg. 26August2016 RHB CMF 的 NAV 是1.2596 ，如果你有 1000units 。那你這個fund現在的價值是 RM1259.60

Net Interest Rate 那個你可以不必理他，那個只是一個參考。相當於年率有多少。
有人會以這數據來比較 Fixed Deposit，馬來西亞銀行現在的FD約3.1%。這個NIT看起來應該會比FD多少少。

2)如果我要卖其中一个基金是跟当天的NAV价钱对吗？卖的时候还有没有扣其它手续费？
若果你在FSM（M) cut-off time 3.00pm前賣出，你會得到當天交易完畢後的NAV。
這里不叫手續費，是叫redemption fee （贖回費），一般都不需要贖回費，只有部分基金在某些條件下才需要付費。
你可以參考 Fund Charges 下 的Other Significant fee備註。

eg。RHB BOND FUND
在 Other Significant fee 就有寫 Redemption fee: Redeem on or before 1st year is 1.0% of the Repurchase Price per Unit; no redemption fee after the 1st year. 也就是說，如果你買了這個fund，在一年期限內又賣出，那你就需要付總額的1%作為贖回費。

注： RHB Cash Management Fund 的買賣是使用Historic Price【已知淨價】，也就是【前一個交易日】的價格。你會以昨天的NAV賣出，你不需要等當天的NAV出來就知道可以賣到多少錢。

3)卖了基金是否当天可以收到钱转回去自己银行户口？
不能。交易日未完成，完成後還要點算。FSM也要時間整理出錢。一般股票基金最快都要 T+4+1天.
RHB CMF 可能是 T+1+1天。
