A 50 m long by 5 m wide by 200 mm thick slab at first-storey level is to be cast. G35
normal mix concrete is ordered from the ready mix supplier. Using the following data:
· The capacity per concrete truck is 5 m3.
· The ready mix supplier takes 10 minutes to batch and mix the concrete after receiving
the order from the contractor.
· The concrete truck takes 30 minutes to travel from batching plant to the construction
site.
· The interval between each truck arriving at site is 8 minutes.
· The method of placing the concrete at the site is using direct discharge.
· The rate of placing of concrete per truck is 5 minutes.
· Smooth traffic on the road.
Estimate the time to complete the concreting at site, starting from order of concrete to
the last truck of concrete. |

最重要先算出 total concrete volume 先。。
从你的 data 是 需要 order 50m3 的 Grade 35 concrete
一车可以载 5m3 的话,那总共需要 10车 (10车 X 5m3 =50m3)
第一车会在接到 site 的人电话叫出后 ,花 10分钟来 batch concrete然后出第一车。 意思是说当 site 的人电话一过去叫出 concrete, (10 分钟 + 30分钟 travel )=40 分钟左右会到 site 第一车 (5m3).....
讲到这里,好像很懒惰算这样。。。。。
不过这种 calculation 是一个 assumption 罢了,其实在 site 不配合用的,只是作为参考 |
