报险公司会赔Bukit Antarabangsa的损失吗?

如果我过当官的把在Bukit Antarabangsa发生的土崩, 定性为"天灾".
那么, 如果那些住宅有买意外险的话, 报险公司会赔吗?

我的问题其实就是, 报险公司会赔"天灾"所造成的"意外"吗?

一般的个人意外保险都有保天灾的。。。

一般不保范围是：
*  war, terrorism, radiation or contamination by radioactivity, nuclear weapons material

* diseases or sickness, parasitic, bacterial or viral infection, pre-existing physical or mental defect or infirmity, pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage or any complications of pregnancy, HIV and/or HIV related illness including AIDS, provoked murder or assault, suicide or attempted suicide, self injury, drug addiction.

* professional or semi professional sports, flying as a pilot or air crew member in any aircraft, motorcycling, steeple chasing, go karting, winter sports, ice hockey, boxing, wrestling, parachuting, hang gliding, skydiving, horseback polo playing, barehanded rock or cliff scaling, hunting outside the territorial limits of Malaysia, sea angling, boating or yachting beyond 5 kilometers off any coastline, motor sports rallies or competitions, speed testing, reliability trials or racing of any kind other than on foot.
