听队长说上次他跑到楼梯口再一步步走上去，费时31分钟！

21层

相信吗?

我开始也不相信....但爬的时候才发现几排楼梯才等于一层

那时跑了1km再走楼梯上去都花了31分钟.
看KL-tower的网站...从下面到上面大概是5km的距离.

今天从自己condo 从1爬到20层...

今早9点起身出发到KL TOWER报到与拿衣服!
9:00am到KL TOWER..

但很气lo! 10:20分都还没出现人影工作做登记
快要11:00时总于"死鬼出现"

让我白等又Lost my money...
Parking 费敢敢是RM6.00....

就算KL TOWER风再大也吹不倒心中的"火"....

不过讲真我很怕自己的"衰脚"不听话...
管他的!! 明天我一定要出完奶力去爬
不会让大家失望....

可是也高兴的是,送的衣Design很美一下lo ! haha!
我的号码是 "XM 0186"....

今天去买个"马票"看下有得中吗! haha!

起跑下在山腳下外面的停車場? 還是從塔下的停車場／噴水池出發??

               All registered participants are required  to be at the basemanet of KL Tower before 8.00 am on 26 of July 2009. Wearing the event T-shirt is compulsory.Please make sure to stick your running number in front face and makesure to register your attendance at the designated area (area with Xmark on the attached map). Don’t removed your running number until thewhole event is over.
Participants will be released in 10 minutes interval according tothe following mode.  Started with X category, followed by D, C, B and Acategory.

07.00  am                :          Registration (mark X)
08.00  am                :          Warmup  session (individually)
08.30  am                :          Release of  X category (XM and XF)
08.40  am                :          Release of  D category (DM and DF)
08.50  am                :          Release of  C category (CM and CF)
09.00  am                :          Release of  B category (BM and BF)
09.10  am                :          Release of  A category (AM and AF)

  10.30 am                :          Winning awards ceremony (Stage)
11.30 am                :          Event over and adjourned
