劳工法令

那天听988依稀有听到劳工法令下xxx leave是最少十四天..

请问有哪位知道到底是annual 还是medical..
两者又有什么分别
permanent & contract又有什么不同...?

还望各位指点迷津

１４天的是Sick leave，EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955，Section 60F，An employee shall, after examination at the expense of the employer be entitled to paid sick leave,where no hospitalization is necessary,—
(i) of fourteen days in the aggregate in each calendar year if the employee has been employed for less than two years;
简单来说Sick leave就是要有MC。

那annual leave呢?是公司喜欢给多少都行?

Annual leave好像是最少8天。

请多多指教。

Any employer shall not apply less favour than following regulations in the contract of service:

AL 8 days for less than 2 yrs continuous service;

AL 12 days for more than 2 yrs but less than 5 yrs continuous service, means inbetween 2~5yrs;

AL 16 days for more than 5 yrs continuous service;

在问这个问题的时候没想到会离开。。。

现在将要去的是没有Annual Leave的。。。
