赞同！！！这样的话，容易控制学生之余，过后还可以当回一位“好”老师(不凶=好)学生们听从指示，我们就比较疼他们，感情就会越来越好~ |

need not to be fear,but have to stright...my school got one lady teacher use soft menthod,kids like her the most....of course u ms have that type of person lah,other wise u may die of screeming.... |
