买卖纠纷。

Hi, 想请问下如果我在一个网站上购买了一个货品，原价RM280， 但他写discount RM280 也代表buy it now 的价格是RM0。 我就买了那个东西外加另外一件RM44的东西。加上邮费后就是RM79， 我进了钱，得到invoice了。 但隔天seller 寄了封email说:

the Status of your Order No. 136 has been changed.

我就说我给了full payment，我不愿意加钱去买。

接着他就reply我说 ： its out of stock ...

过后再说:

I have to wait till my supplier agree to sale me at that price till now tat price no stocl tq

多两天再reply我： its out of stock

我再问他要等多久，他又reply我 what to do.. wait lo

今天我再问他，他再reply我这个message: not stock at that price

请问下，我可以怎么做？ 他可以怎么做？
