We are rapidly growing company located in Klang seeks suitable candidates for the following position:

1.        CUSTOMER SERVICE (FEMALE)
Responsibilities:
•        Maintain relations with current customers.
•        Communicate with customers (face to face, thru e-mails, faxes, etc.).
•        Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).
•        Fulfill customers’ needs and wants.
•        Liaise and coordinate with internal departments.
•        Coordinate marketing activities such as international exhibition or road show.

Requirements:
•        Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
•        Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•        Required language(s): English, Chinese
•        Preferred language(s): English, Chinese.
•        At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•        Proven ability to work independently.
•        Prepare reports on payments when requested
•        Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
•        Full-Time positions available.
