希望佛菩萨拯救泰国水灾。
不知道大悲咒可以灵验解决水灾问题吗？

听说观音菩萨可以杨枝可以洒下露水，
这次菩萨可能撒太多导致水灾。
不知佛教有否火龙王可以救灾？

Guan yin= love and compassion.. If everyone here is having a good heart, love and compassion heart they can be considered as Guan yin..
The Boddhisvata is doing his meditation somewhere around the heaven and he can't control what happen to the worl... So how can he save the world?
