现在外国人只可以买》1mil 的房屋。可时网上资料显示只要是5月1号之前批准的project 都不受影响， 外国人还是可以买少过1mil的屋子。请问大家有这放面的资料吗？谢谢

我也听说是5月后才开始实行外国人买房产必须RM100 0000以上～

他们拖着state consent 不批，不建议你赶着买，因为现在公寓over supply 的问题在新山很严重

现在事实是有地的不够，公寓很多。
也有很多投资者和agent 拿过去的rental yield 来算未来新山的投资回酬，在这么多project 一起建好的情形，也不知还靠不靠谱。

其实有些楼盘，只要是之前批准了的，外国还是可以不需要买一百万以上（但是还是要在500K）以上。当然发展商必须向有关单位申请批准信，有了批准信，这样才可以说那个楼盘不受到1mil的限制....比如KSL的D'Inspire Residences

我不知可不可以把有关当局的信放上来，我就大概type信件的内容吧，这里都是Satu Malaysia，应该不需要翻译吧？
信件题目：Pengekalan Had Harga Minima Perolehan Hartanah Oleh Kepentingan Asing Di Negeri Johor Bagi Project Pembangunan Hartanah Yang Mematuhi Syarat

只要在5月1前拿到bank 的loan agreement就可以了。。如果过了就会自动变1M

信件里面只是说到公寓和办公楼OK。Landed没有list在里面。
