关于一个BOMBA柱的问题

我屋外有一支bomba柱， 柱的附近有很多杂草和类似椰子叶的植物。bomba柱要重新上漆而bomba叫我们清掉


问题是我一直不去理他， 因为那个不是我的屋内的范围，bomba会鸟吗？？

他们会用这个来sue我吗？？
