新房屋保修期30天怎么算？

大家好，相信有买过新房子的人都知道developer 在交锁匙后的24个月内需要给予保修，并需要在收到瑕疵报单（defects list）的30天内必须要修好否则屋主可以自行寻找承包商维修后向发展商索偿。
我最近刚刚拿到我的新屋子的锁匙，也在7月2号提交defects list 给发展商。可是到了今天已经3个星期21天过去了，发展商完全没有处理过任何的瑕疵，然后我今天就去management office 那边问她们到底几时才要开始维修因为下星期就是30天的期限了。

可是那个工作人员告诉我说，30天是只算工作日不是calendar day 所以我提交到今天才15天。

于是我就回来查看snp，里面的描述是：

“If the defects, shrinkage or other faults in the said parcel or the said building or the common property have not been made good by the vendor within the said period of thirty(30) days, the purchaser shall be entitled to carry out the works to repair and make good the said defects himself and to recover from the vendors the cost of repairing......."

里面没有清楚列明30天是working day还是calendar day，所以想请教各位，是不是真的只算working day 也就是我需要等至少6星期（每星期5天）才可以向发展商出notice 然后再等3星期（14天）共9星期2个半月左右才能够自己找承包商来维修我的单位。

毕竟我等着搬进去，发展商一直拖我就一直需要白供屋子不能入住。。。
