是这样的,我接到一家NGO的Offer。 Offer letter 上面说要离职要给三个月的书面通知,但是我现在还没有通过试用期,而且Termination Notice那边也没有注明是试用期还是Confirm过后要给三个月。现在真的觉得不合适,想辞职,请问以下各路大佬建议。这样的情况,我还要给三个月离职通知吗?还是可以给个short-term notice就好?
以下两条是试用期间和离职通知的条例。 1. Probationary Period You will be on probation for a period of three(3)months from the date of your commencement of duty.Alternatively,your probation period may be extended for another three(3)months if required.Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period,a letter shall be issued for your confirmation. 2. Termination Notice i) Your services may be terminated by either party giving to the other three(3)months' notice in writing without any reason being assigned.In the event of insufficient notice being given,either party may pay salary in lieu of such notice. Ii) In the event of prolonged illness or disability rendering you unable to work and subject to further recommendations from the doctor,this contract will be terminated.
