In my experience 150mbps Air Link looks VASTLY better than 150mbps max settings Virtual Desktop. It's not even close.

Which is a real shame since Virtual Desktop has such a better UI that has the added benefit of being intergrated with the normal Quest OS.

In addition on Air Link you can go up to 200mbps, which if you have an optimal router set up, can look so good that I got rid of my link cable.

For things like Beat Saber, Eleven Table Tennis, and First Person Tennis: that require very low latency, i always play those standalone.

I find even the Link cable has a considerable amount of latency that mostly comes in encoding and decoding.

看来运动类的游戏就算用cable都有latency 问题。

If you're playing a SteamVR game then disable the Steam Home before starting it as that just uses up resources.
