Nitrox usually refers to a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen with more than 21% oxygen

Nitrox, usually containing 50% to 80% oxygen, as well as pure oxygen, is common in Technical
diving as a decompression gas, which eliminates inert gases, such as nitrogen and helium, from the tissues more quickly than leaner oxygen mixtures eliminate them.

remember too much O2 will also create dengerous of Oxygen toxic.
Nitrox is only useful when you have deep dive , it is meaningless if you deep with 10m with nitrox.

我沒話講，因爲還沒考。本來今天下班后去上 Nitrox 課，突然有事情改期了。

昨晚有看了些書來，通常 Recreation Nitrox 佔 32% 或 36% 氧氣。

flim how about 36%?

Dive with nitrox is to gain more bottom time and to have shorter surface time intervals. For example, if you dive two dives to 20 meters (66 feet) with one hour surface time, the no decompression limited bottom times will be 45 minutes and 24 min, respectively. Now, if do the same with EAN40, will the bottom times rise to 98 min and 61 min, respectively. (PADI diving tables)

Another example: Two 25 min dives to 25 meters (83 feet). The surface time will be at least 2 h 19 min (in no decompression limits), but with EAN40 you don't even have to have the surface time! (PADI diving tables)

Basically , you also have max dive limit if you use nitrox it is to prevent O2 toxicity.

dive with nitrox will not make u a techincal diver ,

Techincal diver is talking about decompression procedure. etc

Nitrox应该只是比起normal gas mixture 更安全吧。
