将会在MESDAQ上市的JF科技，本来只打算随便申请，想不到要多少有多少，希望奇迹会发生。。。好几年前有个LCTH，也是要多少有多少不过RM1.08来，奇迹性地RM1.15卖光。。小赚一点。。

不过这次JF科技真的是满担心。。。

各位有何看法。。。

p.s, 好像很多人都把主力放在HARTALEGA和DAYANG

我是蛮看好那么多新上市股当中的HARTALEGA，他的业绩和topglove有的比。这是真的。

上市就是为了筹资嘛。
不把账目弄漂亮又怎能过得鸟buRSA那关。
还是小心为上。

不把帐目弄美要如何上市？看看她的profit margin，再跟Top Glove, Supermax和Kossan比较比较。小老弟却最好赚，不逻辑吧？其他公司2000年头就相继上市，她不上市，现在才上市，为什么？不发新股筹资，只是大股东卖出本身股份，钱进大股东的口袋，这样OK吗？

若担心的话，就在开市当天用IPO买价把它卖掉算了.

不要碰手套股。。。手套股的风光期已经过去了。。。去年是套利期，今年是衰退期。。。原油价一路飚升。。。再升下去，手套生意已经无利可图。。。大股东们不趁现在脱手还待何时（其实他们也算迟了）。。。水鱼才会接票。。。

JF Tech aims to be a top regional test probe maker

JF TECHNOLOGY Bhd, which will list on Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, expects to become one of the top test probe makers in Southeast Asia by 2011, driven mainly by its aggressive expansion plans.

"With the completion of the listing exercise, JF Technology will become one of the biggest, if not the biggest, test probe and test solution companies in Southeast Asia within three years," founder and managing director Foong Wei Kuong told Business Times in an interview.

The company, which produces 10,000 pins of test probes a month, expects monthly production to increase to 30,000 pins when its new plant is up and ready next year.

The construction of a RM13 million plant in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, will begin this quarter. It is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of next year.

"With the expanded capacity, new machines and continuous research and development (R&D), we believe we can produce test probes that last longer, provide higher yield and help our customers save on cost, and enhance their productivity," Foong said.

The new facility will be partly funded with proceeds from its initial public offering. JF Tech is raising close to RM14 million by issuing 34.79 million new shares of 10 sen each at 40 sen apiece.

A total of RM3.5 million will be used to part-finance the new facility, RM2.7 million for manufacturing equipment, RM4.2 million for working capital and RM2 million for R&D equipment.

Last year, JF Tech's net profit and revenue rose 69 per cent and 57 per cent to RM3.8 million and RM7.8 million respectively.

This year, it expects net profit and revenue to grow 36 per cent and 48 per cent to RM5.2 million and RM11.7 million respectively.

"Based on this year's performance so far, everything is on target. The (forecast) numbers are achievable," said Foong.

JF Tech is currently in talks with potential partners to sell its products and solutions directly to markets such as Singapore, Thailand, China and the Philippines.

"We hope the listing will help strengthen our brand visibility locally and inter-nationally. We expect to have direct overseas presence by the year-end," Foong said.

JF Tech was founded about eight years ago when the semiconductor industry was in a "depression" stage.

While chipmakers and related companies were slowing down operations, Foong saw opportunity: he realised that most test probes were imported.

"I asked around and the feedback was that they needed test probes that could help them save on cost. So we started with our first-generation test probes and one thing led to another. We've not looked back," he said. - By Goh Thean Eu

吉隆坡16日讯）杰冯科技有限公司（JFTECH，0146，自动报价市场）今日在大马交易所粉墨登场，但却出师不利，大部份时间都保持在发售价水平以下。甫一开市，杰冯科技只以39仙价位完成首宗交易，较发售价40仙折价了1仙。
随后，尽管一度回扬至40.5仙最高水平，该股最终仍不敌卖压，闭市时退至32.5仙，跌破发售价7.5仙，惟成交量仍相当活跃，全日共有744万8100股转手。
