有谁留意这个股呢？

油气股，公司历史不长，只有十年。PETRONAS的OFFSHORE MAIN CON
生意内容几乎和SAAG差不多

今年最高价是0。65， 现在是0。22。跌了很多，原因我现在不明
EPS= 16.5 SENS
NET ASSETS PER SHARE = 0.46
P/E = 2.41
派息历史：好像只有今年才有派息，派息率有点混乱，网上搜索是说1%啦，可是DIVIDEND YIELD 却是0。12

我是无意中留意到这个股的，表面看来还不错，只是不知道为什么从六月达到最高价后就不断下滑到现在。

有人能分享下这个股的资料吗？

*补充：我还没买这股，目前在看它的财报中。那种下滑趋势不很正常，应该有什么问题

油气股领域中目前不好不坏--暂时有的是OILCORP跌到烂进厂【债务问题和营业糜烂】-PETRA则是工程迟迟没有进展-船队几乎瘫痪--股价也跌了鼻青脸肿

至于楼主提到 的这支--或许你可以有更多发现--期待多分享的说--而其他的那些进来喊更低价位的--就算跌到了我看你们也没有胆买的说--那么不如就静静看看这支股究竟还能走多远吧。。。虽然喊不用本-注册帐号不需要钱-没有人知道你是谁的说

或许可从股东背景着手--看看他和其他目前20只左右的油气股中有没有股东重叠。。。也许涉及政治因素【阿杜拉的后遗症】--如果说这支股在各数据方面还算正常时。。。毕竟油气股等的是工程--没有就是等打包的说--没理由国油见死不救

Winding Up Petition served by JWS Engineered Trasport Sdn Bhd ("Petitioner")  

Vastalux Energy Berhad ("VEB" of the "Company")
Winding Up Petition served on Vastalux Sdn Bhd ("VSB") a major subsidiary of
the Company by JWS Engineered Trasport Sdn Bhd ("Petitioner")
Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query letter dated 16
November 2009 (Ref:ZO-091116-56529) requesting for the following information
for public release:-
(1) The date of presentation of the  winding up petition and the date the
winding up petition was served on VSB.
The Winding up petition was presented to High Court at Kuala Lumpur on 1
October 2009 and the winding up petition shall be heard at Kuala Lumpur High
Court on 3 December 2009. The Winding up petition was served on VSB on 9
October 2009.
(2) The particulars of the claim under the petition, including the amount
claimed for under the petition and the interest rate.
The amount claimed by the Petitioner against VSB is RM24,000.00 with no
interest.
(3) The details of the default or circumstances leading to the filing of the
winding up petition against VSB.
The Winding up petition was filed arising from outstanding invoices payable to
the Petitioner for services rendered.
(4) whether VSB is a major subsidiary.
VSB is a major subsidiary of the Company.
(5) The total cost of investment in VSB
The Company's cost of investment in VSB is RM19.9 million.
(6) The financial and operational impact of the winding up proceeding on the
group.
The Company has taken steps to settle the matter before the hearing of the
winding up petition on 3 December 2009. The Directors of the Company do not
foresee any impact of settlement on the group, financially or operationally.
(7) The expected losses, if any, arising from the winding up proceedings.
The group is not expected to incur any further losses as the amount claimed has
been provided for in the accounts.
(8) The steps taken and proposed to be taken by the Company in respect of the
winding up proceedings.
The Company/VSB through its solicitor has taken immediate  steps to file an
application to oppose the petition and also to strike off the petition.

我没有那么多闲工夫去对比股东，可能会向Petronas Carigali里面的朋友问下。不过我想他们应该知道不多，毕竟职位不高

Petronas Carigali had terminated their service contract. New cotract now all awarded to Shapudu.

BTW, company really a bad pay master and well knows by market.
