U S A N A營養補助品，有沒有人試過？ 可以分享嗎？

众所周知，一般水溶性的维他命C，能够在人体力存在4小时，过后就排出人体，Ester C可以存在8个小时，是可以存在人体最久的维他命C类型，那天这个公司的顾问，跟我说他的维他命C可以存在人体24小时。。。 看看又不是ester C 喔。。。找了医学文献，都没有一个可以存在人体这么久的维他命C, 几天后他那文献给我看。。。10 年前的 问他知道ester C吗，他问我是什么。。。

不是ester C，可是叫人家1天吃5粒。。 不知道non ester C服这么大量会损害肾脏？？？

单单一个维他命C就让我对它们的产品有所保留了，哪一位服用着的，可否麻烦帮我看看他们的钙片是什么钙质？ 希望不是calcium carbonate

每一个行业都有害群之马，尤其是直销商，很多直销商为了拼业绩就叫你“买多多，吃多多”。
一般上直销商都会有产品训练，上了几堂课，auntie 都变营养专家。

它家的维他命C是NON-ACIDIC MINERAL ASCORBATES YIELD 比抗坏血酸ASCORBIC ACID ，能在血液中提供更高维生素C的份量及效能，而且能维持维生素C在血管内较长时间，是不是24小时就不得而知了，一般一天补充两粒非5粒。

钙片是calcium citrate + Magnesium ，维生素D3， Boron  & Silicon 。

我本身认为U产品是我所见过的营养补充品中最好的一个牌子。

值得推荐的是它的基本营养素套装：
1。以Beta Carotene取代维他命A。
2。强化维他命C而没有铁质的成分。

考虑到正常人每日所需而不会以分量吸引人购买，同时也符合了营养品潜在毒性的安全问题。

不要以直销商或“受薪”专家的讲解来考量一个产品的好坏。
我全家人都是U的长期顾客。

不讲太多了，等下那个P版主又来扣分了。

    我读biomedical sciences，可是看了还不是很明白 哪一位是读nutrition或food sciences的可否进来解释一下？因为至今还没听过有哪一类维他命C能够存在人体内超过8小时。。。而且这个品牌的维他命C并没有提供关于bioavailability（人体能够从这个药丸中获取的维他命C巴仙率）的报告 所以我很难相信他能够为人体提供较高的维他命C剂量喔。。。无论如何，钙质是柠檬酸钙，还好，但你肯定它们的钙片有SILICONE ??? 是不是看错了？？

但是价钱却比同类型的钙质（葡萄酸钙、乳酸钙）贵很多呢 至于其它的细节，还有劳food sciences和营养学的网友帮忙解释，谢谢

    silicon = silicone = 硅, 硅树脂，医学上用来制成矽胶袋供隆胸、隆鼻，把silicone直接导入人体会造成全身性、转移性阻塞。。所以我真的不明白为何钙片有silicone... 9mg, 我可以想到的是要保护钙质不受胃酸影响，但没有经过胃酸消化的钙质能够吸收？ 真的要请教一下了。。

至于维他命C, 只不过是用不同的矿物盐组成不同的ascorbic acid, 仍然是水溶性的，所以不可能在人体存在8个小时，水溶性维他命C，最久不会超过5小时，而且那个网站只是拿xxxxxxxx的维他命C和一般的ascorbic acid比，至于在血液中探测到的维他命C, 其实不等于bioavailability (细胞所取到的)，过量的ascorbate水溶性维他命C停留在血液里，还是会被排出人体，而且那个研究是in house study, 并没有经过其他科学家的评估 (peer review).

有鉴于此，我对于这间公司在各网站宣称自己的维他命C是最好的说法，绝对有所保留，不妨将我的问题向xxxxxxxx的科学家反映，顺便问问他们，有没有把poly-C和ester C拿来作比较，经过peer review的试验，抱歉，这只是以医学研究院的角度提出我的看法，请见谅

最后找到一个，silicon的活体 (in vivo) 试验证实它对软骨和结缔组织的重要性

但是一来每经过医学专家审核，二来这个研究是动物的，如何以silicon来改善“小鸡” （chick）的软骨和结缔组织生成 换言之，silicon在人体内的作用还没有通过安全审核，甚至还没在基因结构接近人类的动物上进行安全审核研究。。。

不止silicon对人体的作用还未受到认同，真的是连动物试验都还未进行。。。 真的要向公司的科学家求证一下了。。。根据美国的法令，没通过安全审核的物质是不可以使用的

不是要针对任何品牌，只想说明，保健品一旦传销化，就会产生我所展示的问题，品质下降，价格升高，上述例子甚至加入有害成分 所以选择保健品，绝对不能听取销售商的一面之词，必须自己调查。。。
