CBSA科技冀開發 中小企業軟件即服務

（吉隆坡18日訊）獲得谷歌（Google）合約的CBSA科技（CBSA，0041，主要板科技股），除了借此擴大區域市場業務，也放眼為中小型企業開發軟件即服務（Software as a Service）。

CBSA科技總執行長宋富坤（譯音）《The Edge》專訪時指出：“獲得谷歌的合約，提供了公司進一步發展的空間，公司也無需為此借貸，除非需要在某個國家買市場。”

截至3月31日，CBSA科技持有984萬令吉現金及無負債。

“軟件即服務通常只有大型業者才有能力承擔，所以我們正思索該如何將該產品服務轉換成中小企業也能負擔的形式。”

該公司早在2007年已和谷歌合作，把Superpages網站的商業目錄納入谷歌地圖，這次新合約是擴大合作關係到其他5個東南亞國家。

上述合約為期5年，涉及國家包括大馬、新加坡、印尼、泰國、菲律賓和越南；CBSA科技將獲得執照費和每年更新費用作報酬。

賺幅改善‧CBSA溢價潛力出色

（吉隆坡5日訊）CBSA公司（CBSA，0041，主板科技組）2012財政年每股盈利4.9仙，現卻僅以5.8倍交易，較歷史高峰17倍折價高達65.9%，在賺幅改善核心業務策略改變下，深具溢價潛力。

達證券表示，該股過去5年以3至17倍間的本益比交易，依本益比8.6倍予該公司目標價50仙。

達證券指出，該公司在2006至2011財政年期間皆取得不俗的銷售成長，管理層也預見賺幅隨產品整合轉強而改善，因此，預見該公司2012財政年淨利在營業額成長7%下達1千390萬令吉。

此外，管理層承諾派發至少2仙股息，派息率將不超過50%，達證券因而預見，該公司在2012財政年的股息達2.5仙。

該公司資產負債表穩健，截至2011年12月杪的淨現金達約830萬令吉或每股3.5仙。

另外，該公司去年和愛爾蘭谷歌簽署協議，在谷歌地圖提供大馬、新加坡、印尼、菲律賓與越南的“商家列表”功能。達證券對這項發展正面，相信這助於強化該公司市佔率並拓展至區域市場。（星洲日報／財經）

（八打灵再也10日讯）CBSA（CBSA，0041，主板科技股）集团董事经理兼总执行长辛志光，脱售12.6%股权，在几乎出清所有股票后，不再是该公司的大股东。

根据CBSA的2亿3987万股缴足股本来计算，辛志光昨日一共脱售CBSA的12.6%股权，或相等于3040万股。

该股昨日以44.5仙作收，全日成交量为2030万股。

辛志光原本持有CBSA的3040万7209股或相等于12.68%股权，是该公司的第二大股东，在脱售上述股权后，他的持股权大幅降低至0.001%或7042股。

相信是受上述消息的影响，CBSA今日开市即呈下跌走势，下跌0.5仙至44仙。

闭市时报43仙，下跌1.5仙或3.371%，全日成交量为129万6100股。[Nanyang]

CBSA 成谷歌伙伴

（吉隆坡6日讯）CBSA（CBSA，0041，主板科技股）宣布，独资子公司CBSA Online私人有限公司，已被谷歌遴选为大马Google Adwords首要中小企业合作伙伴。

CBSA在文告中指出，CBSA Online已与爱尔兰谷歌有限公司（Google Ireland Limited）签署谷歌Adwords中小企业伙伴协议。

上述协议为期两年，将从本月1日起开始生效。

作为谷歌首要中小企业伙伴，CBSA Online将透过谷歌Adwords计划，在大马转售谷歌提供的广告产品。

CBSA表示，上述协议预计可为公司截至今年12月杪财政年业绩带来正面贡献。协议将不会影响公司资产负债、缴足股本和大股东持股权。

CBSA Online总执行长宋福坤（译音）表示，上述合作关系让公司协助中小企业管理网上广告，也希望借此机会与大马中小企业建立良好关系，扩大顾客群。[nanyang]

Majujaya1.2億‧獻購CBSA搜尋及廣告業務

（吉隆坡1日訊）CBSA公司（CBSA,0041,主板科技組）接獲Majujaya公司的獻議，以1億2千萬令吉收購CBSA公司的搜尋及廣告業務。

CBSA公司發表文告指出，當中涉及7家相關公司的100%股權，及另兩家公司的分別48%及51%股權，主要涉及商業指引、網絡行銷解決方案及檔案發展業務。

Majujaya的股東KV Asia Capital Master Fund、CBSA公司股東兼董事馮偉良、CBSA公司搜尋及廣告部首席執行員宋福坤已簽署諒解備忘錄，讓馮偉良及宋福坤收購Majujaya公司的股權並成為其董事。

馮偉良及宋福坤皆是CBSA公司的董事兼股東。

Majujaya公司確認有足夠財務資源支付相關獻購價並完成收購活動。（星洲日報／財經）
