馬股第十個首發股 iDIMENSION週五上市

（吉隆坡8日訊）iDIMENSION集團（IDMENSN，0174，創業板科技股）擇定11月11日（週五）吉日，與馬股創業板“締良緣”，迎來久違的新股報到。

在這之前，馬股已長達2個月沒有首發股上市，最后一次為8月23日上市的雙威集團（SUNWAY，4308，主要板建築）。

該公司發出的邀請函指出，iDIMENSION集團為馬股今年來第十隻在創業板上市的首發股，冀上市拓展海外市場，鞏固市場地位。

iDIMENSION集團上市亦一解馬股超過2個月的“首發股荒”。

大馬交易所資料顯示，若無意外該隻首發股將成為今年最后一隻上市的首發股。

iDIMENSION集團為製造業軟件方案供應商，上市創業板將公開發售3823萬新股及獻售700萬股，日前首發股獲超額認購6.09倍。

早前報導指出，公眾認購股項、私下配售和獻售股全數獲認購，本月10日之前將公佈抽籤結果。

艾德曼訊上市溢價0.5仙

（吉隆坡11日訊）馬股沉寂了近3個月後，今日才再迎來新股上市案，軟件方案製造商―艾德曼訊（IDMENSN，0174，創業板科技組）首日上市開出紅盤，更一度溢價11仙或28.94%至49仙。

一度溢價11仙
該股以溢價10仙高開，寫下48仙，且在買盤湧現下，最高站上49仙，不過隨後買氣逐漸退潮，導致溢價水平收窄，終場僅掛38.5仙，溢價0.5仙，惟全日成交量相當活絡，達4千750萬6千500股，躋身全場第四大熱門股。

艾德曼訊的上市案料可集資1千452萬7千令吉，作為強化在泰國、印尼、中國及菲律賓等市場的涉足率。

目前出口業務佔該公司約48.3%營業額，在拓展主要業務市場的覆蓋範圍後，將可多元化營業額基礎。

同時，為了配合拓展計劃，艾德曼訊也有意發展新的製造業解決方案軟件，主要供工業領域使用，並探討將軟件涉足層面擴大至種植領域。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡11日訊）今年馬股第十個首發股公司艾德曼訊（IDMENSN，0174，創業板科技股）今日上市，以溢價10仙迎市，首宗交易報48仙，交投281萬6700股。

該股休市時收在40.5仙，起2.5仙，3702萬1300股易手；閉市收在38.5仙，揚0.5仙，成交量4750萬6500股。

艾德曼訊總執行長巫偉賢指出，公司計劃在未來12個月于鄰國增設2家分公司，並放眼在未來兩年內將分公司家數增至4家。

整合軟體方案供應商艾德曼訊主要出口國為中國、印尼、菲律賓和新加坡。

招股書資料顯示，中國和新加坡市場的營業額份額最大。

相中油棕種植業
他今日在鳴鑼儀式后的記者會上，發表上述談話。列席者包括公司主席拿督麥克多辛、總營運長邱漢生和總營運長彭禮豐。

世界頂級製鞋大師拿督周仰傑（Jimmy Choo）和大馬鞋子品牌Lewre創辦人拿督劉訪雲，今日以好友身分出席上市儀式。

但詢及兩位好友是否是股東時，巫偉賢說，兩人並不是公司股東，今日是以好友身分受邀出席上市儀式。

另外，巫偉賢說，公司相中油棕種植業的發展潛能，近期研發出園地執行系統（簡稱IFES）方案，協助業者提高生產和管理效率。

“公司已開始銷售IFES，目前正與本地一家上市公司商談。”

半導體將恢復動力
儘管半導體領域現階段進入循環低潮期，但巫偉賢說，半導體是電子領域的推動力，未來將恢復成長動力。

截至今年9月15日，艾德曼訊訂單達1287萬令吉，其中700萬令吉來自半導體領域。

該公司另一主要業務為半導體生產，佔總營業額的57%。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡15日訊）艾德曼訊（IDMENSN,0174,創業板科技組）建議以3送2比例派發最高9千466萬6千667股紅股，以回饋股東和強化交易流動性。

該公司發文告表示，將透過股票溢價戶頭進行支付，預計股票溢價戶頭在紅股計劃完成後，盈餘將從964萬2千令吉減至8萬5千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡5日讯）政府批准将艾德曼讯（IDMENSN，0174，创业板）的税务优惠地位（pioneer status）期限延长5年。
